Move aside, SurveySparrow is here and its awesome
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is one of the best I have experienced. It is clean, easy to use, and has a robust set of features that puts many of the other survey apps in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the UI is stellar, there are times it slows down a bit. We have multi-layered surveys, and when it is complete, it starts to take a little bit longer to load, add questions, etc. Still, even with the slow downs, it moves much faster than our current solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multi-layered surveys that go out to thousands of users that help us plan for more education in the future, so we must get this data back and organize it to give us the best insight into what we need to do next. Our previous surveys also looked bland and outdated. Sparrow gave our survey a much-needed facelift and made it a better experience for our users actually to fill the surveys out.
Easy to use, easy to report!
What do you like best about the product?
I made a free trial for a company client survey. The survey was very easy to set up, send and review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have issues with sending the email through Sparrow so i ended up using the link instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surveying customers/clients and gathering input on products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like this better than Survey Monkey - easier to use for a novice like me.
They have a decent product, I just prefer another solution.

Fairly straight forward to build a survey on their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quarterly pricing is a bit too rich for my blood.

I was trying to test their survey system but ended up with a different solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use tools for making and building surveys. The result was a professional and very polished survey ready to be used with my organization. I'd recommend to anyone looking to get surveys out and to your employees in a quick, timely matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was very easy to use that honestly I can't think of something I disliked about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the issue of getting feedback from our employees to improve our company further.

Get the free trial and experience what survey sparrow has to offer. That's the quickest way to find out if the survey tool is right for you.
I was proving options to my current vendor and really liked surveys parrow
What do you like best about the product?
Customer care was amazing, i was just a prospect starting the research and somebody technical was able to jump in the call and solve all my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed more flexibility in the design of the surveys. for example having one question per page is something i wanted to change and was not possible

Is a simple and really intuitive software for surveys and reports. I think it has great capabilities and really smart solutions
Wordcloud Heaven
What do you like best about the product?
Love how it summarizes open-ended questions into a word cloud. Makes a nice way to present the data to those who don't want to get into the nitty gritty of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used it for one survey so I'm sure it has a lot more functionality I didn't enable. So for basic surveys there wasn't anything I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to get a simple survey out without breaking the bank. SurveySparrow was a great solution. Simple to use, was pleasantly surprised with how the data was presented. I had never heard of it before but very glad I got the chance to try it out.

Try it out. They have a free trial.

Survey Sparrow is just self explanatory. There isn't a place to get lost or need assistance with.

I have yet to have an issue with Survey Sparrow so my honest opinion is there is no dislike.

I am able to quickly get feedback and test knowledge/training by using.

When I go to complex surveys, it is not easy to decipher what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. It would be good, if there was like a pop up that could explain the complex features or a give short tour on how to implement it

Programming and launching surveys. I was a fan of the DIY capabilities and the advanced capabilities like web surveys, chat based surveys which are very new in the market
