Survey Sparrow. A noteworthy survey tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and clear UI. It feels great and is very simplistic in design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say potentially worrying about internet connectivity and how well it does about caching/saving form data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using solely for doing actual surveys. This was a requirement lead by the business. It's ease of use and functionality make it a worthy choice for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very friendly what eases building up your survey. I loved the functions available, like setting logic to the questions and connecting prompts, and different types of questions, like multiple choices, rating, ranking and matrix in which you can use Likert scale. I also enjoyed the possibility of creating your design, choosing fonts, colors and styles. It seems to have many functions we usually need to build surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't use italics or boldness in the answer choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for academic research in which I had to apply a questionnaire to participants. It worked really well as I had the results I needed to carry out the study. The report that I could customize afterward, with charts, etc., saved me a lot of time when I presented the findings.
Easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
There is a free trial that allows you to familiarize yourself with what they have to offer before you decide if it is indeed what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so much a dislike, but as with everything in life, it takes a little while to think through what kinds of questions you really want to ask your audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I pastor a church and I was interested Im how we could better meet the needs of our online audience.

What do you like best about the product?
It was my first time creating a formal survey and the site was super friendly. The best part I liked is the use of grpahs and tables at the end to analyse the surveyed responses
What do you dislike about the product?
At the begining analytics was a bit difficult with this but with a time I got used with it. Calls from the customer service were somewhat poor

Trying to quickly assess sceduled date of events and changes to schedule due to current pandemic and collecting thoughts of as many people as I can

It a platform that provides software solutions ,it can be in a diverse ways like cloud based ,surveys to get inputs,conversation form and feedback.to help improve and manage a product or company outputs.

Nothing's much just need to improve gge quality of there solutions and audience management forums.

It a platform that helps to solve lots of common issues in a company ,they help get feedbacks and reviews using surbyes and others means to gather consumer thoughts.

It a good platform and put in mind there is fee to pay after your sign up, but it all round good platform for business solution

Easy to create surveys. There are plenty of templates readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option for one-time pay and use surveys other than the trial. Companies may not keep conducting surveys throughout the year. It could be a one-time exercise. In such cases, it would be useful if the company could provide such a pricing model.

The platform is self-explanatory, and you can utilize the forms as landing pages, making market tests easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the pricing, but that is to be expected for such a detailed service.

Landing page creation - with SurveySparrow you create a survey (and landing page!) within 30 minutes or so.
Pretty handy offline survey tool and website
What do you like best about the product?
Setting-up the survey with their step-by-step guide is very easy. Good templates to understand the purpose and desired outcome for your survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they can provide some free credit for doing pilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to conduct offline survey for our new product validation. It was great to move our survey on multiple platforms and through API integrations. It helped us to identify our prospect customers and target audience.

The UI is fantastic, and support is available 24*7.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. If we can remove the surverysparrow branding on the free version, then the product is awesome.

i like the application interface and the swift response to feedbacks. it also make work easier.the use of mobile application and the analyzing of responses is well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't have anything i dislike about the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i helped my colleague with the input of data and registeration of customers. i don't have any problem whatsoever.
