The ability to create and fill out surveys, and the flexibility to keep updating and changing the content

There isn't something really bad, but one thing could be to have a better user base for Sparrow supported reviews

It is super easy to create a survey and gather responses on the platform. The readily available dashboards are a delight.

I don't like the lack of customisation options for the forms.
