Just Great! Very easy to use and user-friendly. Has lot of options to use and good UI
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a survey form is very simple. You do not need any previous experience in creating surveys.

Analytics is a bit complicated. A bit difficult to understand

No problem as such that I'm facing. Surveyparrow is working great for me as of now. Just the analytics part I mentioned above

What do you like best about the product?
It's mind-blowing how easy SurveySparrow makes it easy for us to create feedback for our clients. Honestly speaking, one of my clients asked me how was able to create such feedback for them. Obviously, I recommended him the software.
And, not to forget, I never had to learn anything extra to be able to use the application. It all happened in one swift motion.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any. But I once felt that the team could add some more designing and customizing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I have completed a project for my client, I send them a feedback form to be able to analyze how satisfied they are with my services. This certainly helps us to know where we excel and where we need to focus more.

What do you like best about the product?
Using SurveySParrow, I was able to target customers with exit intent. I couldn't find this feature with any other survey tool.

The response time of the team is very poor. I still haven't received a reply from the sales executive.
