Attractive and Professional Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
I am so happy to have found SurveySparrow! Its feasibility of loading surveys, unique features offerings like integration of gifs, fully customizable designs, and survey dashboards has made it hands-down the best survey form to use! Love it!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike? Honestly, it's hard to find what to dislike! If I said one thing, I would love to see recommended templates for various survey needs - auto-populated recommendations based on survey themes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow enables me to gather market research on new product offerings.

Highly recommend SurveySparrow. The ease of use, feature sets, and interaction it enables across a wide audience is truly impressive, and with that - metrics!
The product is worth it even in the free plan.

Matrix questions are the best part and the drag and drop in survey forms
What do you dislike about the product?
That we cannot put our branding in the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I was facing was that Matrix questions were not available in Typeform and through Survey Sparrow this problem is solved.

I have already recommended it to two of my clients and they also love it.

The Cost per month is too high. I would sugget a less expensive price.

User Friendly. Very Attractive UI. Branding & Reporting functionalities.

No workaround to populate the results of 2 respondents on the same graph for relative comparison.

We are using the tool to run pre & post-assessment surveys for our participants. SurveySparrow is robust & very simple to use.

Amazing for college work
What do you like best about the product?
With the simplicity of the software, I was able to create a really well-designed and simple survey that was useful for a really important college research work.

Nothing in particular, maybe the excel export wasn't the best
