Easy, fancy and good price
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best side of SurveySparrow is that it is really user friendly. I did not look for a long time to cover my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but embed version can be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I signed up for a academic survey but than I explored the embed option, more fancy branding options etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the template customization. You can make the survey be branded however you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the free version has an expiration date. Surveysparrow could be used in many beneficial ways if you had a free service in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem of being able to compare data from unique survey takers easily. With Surveysparrow you can really customize down to very fine details about how the survey works and how your survey takers will see it.

Try out their free trial to see if you like the product first.
Great tool for companies, quick insights and it is constantly evolving!

Sometimes we want more complex survey tools that are not yet available. Also I know they are working on it

Customer strategic insights, mostly directed towards C-level

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is a more modern approach to data gathering than Survey Monkey, it is sleek looking and more engaging. I find a higher completion rate and users are more likely to complete the survey in one sitting instead of moving on to another task and returning hours or even days later, when their mind is no longer on the topic previously mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is occasionally buggy, I have only found it to be buggy for the users taking the surveys, not for data entering/gathering. For what I do, it is okay to have bugs for users. For others, this might not be the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get faster user engagement, meaning they complete the survey faster and in one sitting instead of leaving and returning. There is a higher completion rate as well.

Keep backups for any possible bugs :)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of survey creation. The API connectivity was also easy to understand and implement. The reporting interface is pretty simple to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting interface, while simple, to be somewhat lacking in logic. For example, in certain situations, I'd expect a stacked bar chart instead of a simple bar chart. Besides, I'd like to see more flexibility on the slider question type (i.e., longer titles and labels).

I use SurveySparrow to gauge product satisfaction among my customers. I've build more effective products and services as a result.
SurveySparrow is easy to use even if you have never created surveys before.

The user experience was good. The data was conveniently sent to email. Compatible with many platforms for analyzing the data

There could be an option to download and import the data directly into SPSS.

Very easy to setup, Amazingly effective and very helpful forms!
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has made my life easy when it comes to creating forms for different purposes within our company, like collecting data from users as we are a radio company we create surveys every week or two weeks to gather some data from users about what they like and don't like and what they would like to hear. Everything is where you need it. UI is excellent and has got all the fields that a person would need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so there is anything to not like about SurveySparrow. It is effective in every regard and purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After we shifted from our custom pre-built forms to SurveySparrow, we started noticing more interest from our audience, and the completion rate also increased from 50% to 70%, which is good.
