the logic of the surveys and the personalisation

sometimes the logic didn't respond as needed. BUT. customer service is on point and very helpful

I like that it's integrated to my already existing account with Sendinblue. It's easy to use and great for our clients.

It was a little confusing at first, but once diving in it's much easier to understand!
