What do you like best about the product?
So practical and easy to use. Nice aesthetic for surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a small company and I wish they had pricing tiers that fit better to small, start ups like us.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive design, the 2-week free trial, and the customer service are what make SurveySparrow stand out from the competition. Even after the free trial, the plans are more affordable if compared to, for example, Typeform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's room for improvement in the analytic reports generated automatically by SurveySparrow. Nevertheless, in my case, this was not a problem since I was going to create my own reports anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used SurveySparrow to conduct a survey for my master's thesis. I tried out different platforms before and went for SurveySparrow since it was the only one that met all of my needs. I'm sure I wouldn't have received as many responses to my survey as I did if I would've used a free alternative such as Google Forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please do not waste your time (as I did) trying out other alternatives. SurveySparrow is currently the best option in the market. They even offered me a 5-day trial extension (after the first 14-day trial) to make sure that the service met my needs entirely.

What do you like best about the product?
Nce styling. Good assortment of choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
We paid extra for a "No Branding" version. They didn't completely remove their branding, sneakily reaching out for our customer identities in multiple locations in the customer experience.

In my world that is instant relationship termination. I gave them a chance, reaching out multiple times to customer service, who ignored me. They missed out on a very significant potential partnership that has moved elsewhere.

My level of trust is so low that I did a screen recording as proof of our subscription cancellation. You are compelled to reach out to customer service in order to cancel a subscription. Toxic, all the way around.

This experience demonstrates precisely why trust is built slowly, over time. The companies that can't/won't live up to their promises are quickly exposed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick creation of surveys and quizzes. We are looking for survey partners for a platform that has >20k visits per day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay away from this company. When they customer service won't respond to reasonable questions, it's time to bail out.

Not a deal breaker by any means, but it would be nice to add a logo to the survey.

What do you like best about the product?
- Excellent user interface. Great customer experience
- Improved response rates. Using SurveySparrow, we found more customers completing our feedback forms
- Most customizable feedback tool among the ones that we tried
- Extremely responsive support team
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues thus far. We have been using the tool without any hitches thus far. The only minor thing that would make this even better is if we could customize emails that are sent out through the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Capturing customer experience at more points across the journey
- The white labeling is flawless
- Our response rate has improved since adoption

Very versatile design - from traditional survey to conversational chatbots, all included in one package
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience may need some tune up - would be great to have some control over font size etc in a future version.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the Chat format for surveys. I was able to learn all of the features while in the trial mode. This gave me the best understanding of all the tools. I upgraded to the Basic version as I needed to be able to send to my contact list, and the trial limited both the number of outbound surveys as well as responses. The Basic version provides the most used features. I used many of the Premium features while in trial mode and found the program to be very flexible. I executed my first chat survey in a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the Basic features are enough for most surveys, the Premium version has Skip Logic and personalization in surveys that are nice to have. However for the price of the Premium, and my use, it simply is too expensive. Survey tools are handy but annual fees or quarterly fees are high. I would prefer a monthly fee for occasional use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to quickly assess scheduled date of event and changes to the schedule with Covid, and getting input from as many people as I can. The benefits are quick feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow offers a highly professional survey experience for the respondants. It is super slick. It also embeds many advance capabilities for sofisticated research questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The survey reports are solid and saved us a ton of time. However, we often need to export the survey results to excel to finish the analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use their survey tool to send questionnaires to new employee candidates as well as perform market research on industry trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using SurveySparrow. In addition to a robust survey solution, their team is absolutely wonderful to work with.
