Easy and Intuitive Platform for more than just Surveys!
What do you like best about the product?
It's such a great platform for building interactive surveys and then collecting data. Love how seamless and intuitive the user experience is and how quickly you can create meaningful surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it's a great platform so far! One thing that would be beneficial would be to ensure the reports can be customized more and could be exported to different programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using it for our customer experience, our employee experience, and product experience.
Many templates to make colorful forms
What do you like best about the product?
Templates is the one of the best feature that distinguishes SurveySparrow from the rest of the competition. You can customize the forms to make it look cool. The animations and icons also add dazzle to the forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to use payments, it is available on the paid plan. It is expensive.

I was loking for somethng that is very easy and inexpensive.

SS is great for questionnaires to people outside our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't pay for the "No branding" option but I understand that even still, users are aware that the survey is sent via SurveySparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send out questionnaires to customers. We get great summary statistics as well as the data in an easy to analyze way.

Ease of usage. I especially love the chat like surveys which are engaging for the end user.
The report is also exported in ready to present graphs, which I like.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to run only one survey, and not subscribe monthly. Mine is a passion project, and a quartely subscription feels like a big commitment for something I might use for a small survey. For a company however, using Survey Sparrow is a no-brainer.

Chat surveys saw a significant decrease in respondent drop-offs, which is what I see as the main attraction for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for an alternative to survey monkey, which I personally felt was over priced. Survey Sparrow had near identical functionality, but was cheaper and with better tier options for my needs.

I haven't discovered anything yet worth noting.
