Its been a great and interesting survey while filling it .
What do you like best about the product?
Well, the analytical detailing. I felt its very user friendly to use .
What do you dislike about the product?
Well some times the options are too many I think you should not have too many options which gives a crowd look and will lead to disinterest .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have used the survey for customer feedback and the feedback has been great.

Super Simple to set up, amazingly effective survey forms!
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow makes it really easy to create great surveys. The flows are really intuitive and they cover almost every possible functionality. The best part I like about the surveys is that they are highly interactive and delivers a very humane experience, unlike any other survey platform I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is hardly anything to dislike, I don't think I would move back to any other survey tool for a long time. There is just just one thing that it's not the cheapest one available but again SurveySparrow delivers more than value for money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SurveySparrow primarily to take feedback from instagram inflencers associated with us. Our survey completion rate increased by over 60% when we shifted from our inhouse form to Survey Sparrow. And it took me just 15 minutes to set it all up.

What do you like best about the product?
Both the back end and frontend are very well designed. It just feels really fresh. This seems like the way surveys should work today. It is very focused on mobile and engages people to stay in the survey and complete it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be careful about it going into junk boxes.

It helps us get to know our clients and ourselves better. It is truly a benefit to our compnay culture, productivity and countless other insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide range of questioning tools, easy to edit and make any changes and keep the respondent in focus. The outputs and dashboard are great support to manage the client and field well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more newer digital tracking and analytics advanced tools, pricing and option for social projects with more options

Get all type of information in one go irrespective of whether category or interval scales

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow allows us to make aesthetically appealing charts, graphs and forms and overall makes data collection for different purposes quite useful. While it did not help me with the task at hand it is certainly one of the best websites out there for people who're using simpler questionnaires and data collection methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to have a two part question for my survey with one statement followed by two questions about it each with a 5 point rating scale. Unfortunately though, I found it very difficult to add those questions.

I am collecting data for my research paper. It is user friendly and the different layouts are quite appealing to the eye.

Easy of navigation, design, launch, etc. Overall, very well-designed site.

Sometimes participants end up not completing the survey because the inputs are not quite registered. The design might be too "cool", not practical, too distracting.

Great way to quickly gather input from others. Faster than email chains.
