Easy to manage, create survey and fast to analyze, effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Reporting functionality with Dashboard is easy to create and use. Dashboard functionality is configurable and has excellent presentation

The look and feel has improved in past but can be further improved

For taking feedback of eternal employees as well as customer and improving the services accordingly

Its very user friendly and good in UX too, helps any user to easily navigate each questions regardless of the number of questions you give.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a survey using SurveySparrow is efficient because the template is so good that i only need to change a few things with the template, and it is good to go. Other than that, customer support is really active in helping any problem occurs with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have report from customers that the landing page keep showing error, fortunately they fix it fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to survey the market and what customers needs to improve our product.

It has a week trial that you can use to try the system and tools.

The survey sparrow is easy to use, offer demos to help you understand better, good customer service and brings improved functionality in data collection without compromising usability, simplicity, the offers endless customizations & integrations, furthermore they have a variety of offers to suit every individuals

I was quickly able to create forms for various functions from Customer Surveys to Human Resource tool. Very versatile.

What I least like about SurveySparrow is the lack of knowledge on the internet about SurveySparrow from users. Would love to see more marketing from more users so people can know about this great product.

The contact forms that we used previously were clunky, outdated, and non interactive. SurveySparrow solves that.
Doesn't have all the features needed for product testing
What do you like best about the product?
I'm doing some product testing for my startup, and Googled alternatives to the very expensive (but professional) Qualtrics survey tools. SurveySparrow came up as a low-cost alternative, but I was unfortunately disappointed with the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things that didn't quite work for me, as I anticipating reading other reviews and their help forum:
1) Ability to customize design on different pages
2) Ability to easily resize images when uploaded (seems like you need the highest level of CSS customization to do this)
3) Bells and whistles like: page randomization, question prediction and scoring (like SurveyMonkey has), accessibility for users with screen readers, etc.
For the price, I moved to SurveyMonkey - which is meeting my needs much better. Just want to give a word to other entrepreneurs, since the reviews I read were not all-encompassing.

Would have been great if SMS surveys weren't so limited, but I understand the constraints there.

SurveySparrow is the most advanced survey tool I know. In particular I enjoy the high level of customisability it offers. You can change almost everything in your surveys: from background to button colors and progress indicators.
Also, there is a variety of different form types available. Besides to normal surveys, it allows you to create surveys which behave like a chat bot which is great in order to attract the user's attention and motivate them to fill out the survey. Other possibilities include offline surveys and NPS surveys.
There are many templates available to help you get started. The editor is powerful, intuitive and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited to 100 responses per month and up to ten questions per survey which makes it practically useless for most cases. SurveySparrow is very expensiive and not affordable for individuals or smaller businsses, especially not for students wanting to use it for educational research (all though there is student discount available, it is stoll too expensive for most students).

We're a school magazine searching for a powerful tool for customer research and we also wanted to use it as an easy alternative for some complex html forms we need to have on our website .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you do not need logical linking and deep customization features, there are cheaper tools available. However, when you need these features, SurveySparrow probably is the tool you are looking for.
