Good product, poor support.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SurveySparrow is able to update customer profiles based on their answers so that we are able to collect first party data about our users. Most other survey platforms don't have that ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a technical issue with the Mailchimp integration that it would unsubscribe users when they answered the question. I spoke with Mailchimp and it was a simple fix but it took over a month to have the product team help us. This was a big issue as it did not allow us to use the product so it should have been a large priority. I had to follow up for multiple weeks requesting an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to collect first-party data about our subscribers by taking the survey and SurveySparrow then updates their account with that information. This is very valuable.
Solid Survey Tools
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow proved to be a helpful tool for gathering feedback from customers. It was lightweight and easy to setup and allowed for more functionality than other tools that cost more money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better integration with other tools such as Zoom would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps with calculating customer engagement and satisfaction without leaving responses to chance. We have received helpful insights as a result of using the tool.
An amazing tool for research
What do you like best about the product?
That is easy to integrate to a mobile app and the experience looks like almost native. Easy to customize the questions and the results are presentend in a beautiful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I loved the product and i keep using it in every app I managed as a Product person.

Great product but needed something different
What do you like best about the product?
The team was so incredibly helpful! They worked personally with me to try to find a solution that would work for our business. Unfortunately it required the Enterprise plan to use the solution, so we needed to find something else.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could have been more competitive with Survey Monkey. But it was a great product! They were so helpful and if I needed all the enterprise features, I would definitely go with them.

Market research to understand how the market currently sees our offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fast time of responses from survey sparrow's support team and the fact that the platform is always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the documentation is not consistent enough, and we miss some specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to create surveys to obtain our visitor's feedback and with survey sparrow we can do it fast with a lot of datas that we can get from the responses.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been great for understanding customer sentiment as our B2B SaaS platform evolves.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that are not as complete as they could be, such as comprehensive question types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding user sentiment and impact of changes is a critical understanding for the SaaS companies I have coached. SurveySparrow has delivered very well.

Sometimes something is not working, and you are not sure why.
Troubleshooting for this problem is not easy.
The full capacity and capabilities of the product is unclear and product discoverability is hard.

Great Customer Service and Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is clean, simple, and easy to use from both the admin and participant end. Customer service is fantastic and will support you every step of the way. If there is a feature missing, you can ask your sales partner and they will speak to developers about implementing it. They remember all the conversations you've had and will be available to answer any questions at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the appearance of the 360 survey itself was more customizable. The very first and last pages that provide information about the survey look kind of janky and don't offer much in the way of text/formatting customizability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to design a custom 360 survey we could use with our clients to assess their leaders on their impact. Other platforms were either ugly, not user friendly, too expensive, or simply unable to perform all the functions we required for our 360. SurveySparrow was the right blend of everything - affordable, easy to use, good looking, and customizable enough for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, with great templates to work from. Excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Misleading add, I thought I had purchased the executive level with dashboards, only to find out the analytics I thought I was getting with the subscription I chose requires an upgrade.

The participant response rate after training has increased due to the ability to provide QR Code and survey link.
