There isn't anything wrong with the current use of surveysparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the platform to trail sending NPS surveys to our clients after projects are completed - good dashboard to see results.

What do you like best about the product?
Algo based form creation and ease of edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the form is edited, the response sheet get's poorly affected by the offset responses. There should be some better way out for the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it's solving the survey creation, edits, user identification problems end to end.

It is an outstanding tool, intuitive and straightforward for creating surveys that not only enable the collection of valuable insights from respondents but also support lead conversion campaigns.

I cannot pinpoint any significant drawbacks to highlight; overall, it meets and exceeds expectations concerning the essential features required for an effective survey system.

The simplicity, user-friendliness, and superior design of the account page for our campaigns stand out. It efficiently and effectively facilitates the creation of surveys.

Not just your average sparrow
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is easy to use, intuitive,a nd even a novice user can have their survey up and running in minutes. They offer tiered plans of data downloads and tools based on your needs.

There is nothing technically I have to complain about. I needed the more comprehensive tools and purchased them, which I expected.

It is allowing me to collect data beyond my geographic area.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow provides lot of templates for creating surveys. By using those templates we can make our survey more easily for collecting data. It also gives free trail period for accessing it platform for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow sends promotional mails more frequently to users inbox which makes users annoying. The subscription plans provided by SurveySparrow is very high for general users.

SurveySparrow enables the users to create survey forms easily by providing some templates. By using the created survey forms we collected required feedback and opinions of the service user of our organisation.
Reliable and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience, simplicity and the bundles of features you are able to also export the data and very nice visualizations that are shareble and exportable easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to export a chart type visualization without contacting their customer service. However they were very quick to respond

I was able to have our customers vote on a community winner,. It was for a contest that we posted for a physical transformation challenge. Our survey respondents had no issues whatsoever.
