What do you like best about the product?
1. Chat Experience
2. Customization of surveys
3. Dashboard UX
4. Revisiting the survey and can continuing from where you left.
5. Pre planned templates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, however I felt the platform is lacking a concrete direction and hence need a strong analytics and domain.
Like for say happiness and productivity survey can be converted an employee engagement platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly I use survey sparrow for getting reviews from my viewers about the blog posts.
And also we use it for getting happiness and productivity score of employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, One of the best conversational and customizable survey bots I have seen till date.

What do you like best about the product?
Best for the people bored with Google Forms UI. It also has more functionality and enhance the efficiency of researches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices are higher for beginners. People doesn't know it and may discard links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick research and feedbacks about events.

What do you like best about the product?
There are options to opt-out or opt-in for filling out surveys. There is also the all so lucrative money you get for filling out your survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Probably the user interface can be improved further and be made a little bit more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of market research to do which helps us in targeting the right customer. SurveySparrow helps us get those initial iterations for better client support.

What do you like best about the product?
It's awesome to use, the surveys are fun to fill out and feel more like a conversation than a survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I don't like with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow is really easy to set up and so friendly to use. The response rate is just awesome compared to traditional survey tools. It was very easy to set up my employee satisfaction form without even checking the documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is so much easy to use and personalize. I recommended the tool to my followers who are Thais and change the questions to Thai and it's fine. Love the templates that I can choose for different survey purposes. Amazing survey management tool.

It's can not change the colors of the survey.

The insights can help see what people want and what need to be solved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust and flexible the platform is. Conversational messages, advanced survey flows, and lots of templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the pricing was a bit more accessible for a small organization with more minimal needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow is great for checking in with users to get feedback on products or service and make the process feel natural and not intrusive.

Pretty good so far. No problems. Practice is needed to get used to it
