What do you like best about the product?
Survey branching Logic was immaculate. Loved the UI from the perspective of obtaining responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a little skeptical about the confidentiality of the data collected from respondents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a survey mechanism wherein elaborated branching can be carried out. SS passed the testing phase wherein we wish to carry out an extensive survey for over 10k respondents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the easy customisability of survey question and the amount of flexibility we have. Preview mode is really amazing and speeds up the process of reviewing your work.
Survey Sparrow gives researchers the ability to create very bespoke surveys in an intuitive way using simple logic and overall good UX!
What do you dislike about the product?
The folder structure is unintuitive and it's not always clear how to move surveys from one to the other
I wish there was version history as I deleted questions by accident before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy tool to create custom surveys which is the best part about it. It has a large set of question types that are super easy to use which gives us the flexibility we generally need.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can use it in multiple programs. This answers to many of our needs regarding questionnaires and surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not yet encounter a downside, nor in the web version and the MS Teams add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually create NPS surveys to gain insights into why potential customers leave the customer journey after our sales team presented a demo.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and the interface is user friendly. Also I was able to gather amazing insights from the surveys created
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboarding of the results can be improved

The way you can structure your set of questions for survey and sections - it is really help full. An the results being presented in a summarized way saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to build the surveys and they are very intuitive for the user. Our responses also seem better using this versus other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
When first using, there is a bit of an adjustment period for figuring out the tools for building surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has increased engagement on our surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and convenient! It didn't take forever to learn what to do. I had my survey done in no time!

I can't think of anything unsatisfactory to say about it. It was easy to use and did what I needed!

I needed to collect information about my students' preferences, which helped me do just that.

What do you like best about the product?
The programming tool is straightforward to operate and create surveys. I could implement logics quickly; it seems complex programming can also be done easily here.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to use the traffic from the survey partners, there is no easy reckoner to help. Also the analysis tool which are in built are difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of complex programming which is very beneficial to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently used SurveySparrow to create a survey for my company and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the platform. From start to finish, the process was easy and intuitive. The user interface is very sleek and modern, making it easy to navigate and customize my survey.

One feature that really stood out to me was the ability to create conversational surveys. This made the survey experience more engaging and personal for the respondents, which in turn led to higher response rates and more meaningful data for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform offers a free plan, its paid plans can be expensive for smaller businesses or those with limited budgets. The reporting and analysis features could be more robust and customizable, which may be a drawback for those who require detailed data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently started using SurveySparrow for my small business and it has been a game-changer. One of the biggest problems we were facing was low survey response rates, but with SurveySparrow's conversational interface, our respondents are more engaged and we're seeing higher response rates than ever before.
