Clean, easy to work
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things i did like about using Survey Sparrow is the easy to use and to make surveys. It has a clean UI, with not much information to get lost into. The reports have custom graphs that really helps when analysing the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the cool functions come with a price, and so do the export function. Yet you can still extract manually the information you collected with the surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working on an innovation problem inside a public department. Surveysparrow helped us create a clean Survey that attended to all our needs.

The tool is very practical! The features are simple to use and the interface is clear and nice. Everything is intuitive and the questionnaire is completed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing in particular that displeases me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This will help us understand the users' problem. We will be able to know where users get stuck during their order on our site and modify these aspects.
Excellent Survey Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The software is intuitive and easy to use on the front and back end; it is also more visually pleasing than other survey software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data consolidation for complex projects requires a lot of manual work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage engagement surveys for clients and found survey sparrow to be a very easy-to-use tool for our clients and their teams. This has helped us move these projects more quickly which is a win win.
Easy switch from SurveyMonkey
What do you like best about the product?
I've been facing increasing difficulties with SurveyMonkey over the last few years as more of their features move behind account paywalls. Their service department is just sales in disguise. I sought out some alternatives and SurveySparrow seemed to offer everything I was used to and more. I was immediately engaged by their support staff who were helpful in demoing the product, knowledgable about what could be done out of the box and what needed workarounds, and they were always quick to respond to my inquiries. I've made the switch now and I'm saving a significant amount of money. As a bonus, the build tools are much easier to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is incredibly flexible, but requires some technical knowledge of CSS. It would be helpful if some of these basics, like font sizing for various elements, was brought into a UI configuration (perhaps CSS variables under the hood). Also, while it's possible to create disqualifying exits via their Thank You pages, the system doesn't differentiate these from normal "completions". If you use a 3rd party integration that triggers on survey complete this adds a layer of complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using SurveySparrow as an agency for my clients to gather sentiment analytics on their products. The types of questions and easy configuration with question logic makes it a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
SS is easy to use - simple to implement - and clients love the clean look and unencumbered interface. Also the support is phenomenal - they hold your hand the entire way.

Nothing - love everything about it so far.

It was really easy to use and the interface is very clean, specially the public facing side, being so clean and easy to use helps with users taking the surveys,

I needed to collect research data in an efficient, secure and user-friendly way. Thanks to the platform, I created a professional looking platform, allowing me to entice participants to register and help me collect data. The data I collected with the platform is now published in a scientific journal.
Very user friendly, clean interface, customizable - would definitely recommend!!

I did have some small issues with getting pricing answers from CS. It was awhile ago so issues may be fixed.

We do an enps score, it helps us see where our organization is weak and where we need to improve.
