Great UX design
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the surveys are presented. All the surveys are very user-friendly and very interactive. Out of all the survey websites I have used, this is actually my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was allowed to have unlimited questions. This may already be an option but the plan I had, did not include this therefore if I had been able to add more questions, I think I would have had a better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SurveySparrow, mostly for work and business-related activities, mainly for collecting feedback or data. I like how I'm able to customize the survey to represent my brand and company.

So easy to use, great survey experience
What do you like best about the product?
The design wizard makes creating surveys so easy. And I love the option of creating surveys that engage like message conversations
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Maybe some additional options for tweaking the export settings to excel.

SurveySparrow is niet enkel een surveytooling, maar ze helpen je veel verder dan dat.

De customer service die ze aanbieden, de ondersteuning wanneer je live gaat. En het gebruikgemak.

Ik zou de lay out nog meer zelf willen aanpassen. Ik zou onze huisstijl nog meer willen terug zien komen in surveysparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Door SurveySparrow is zowel onze interne communicatie als externe communicatie verbeterd. Hierdoor krijgen we mooie inzichten.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I found Surveey Sparrow really easy and straight forward to use. It provided a great range of different question options and covered all of the different formats that I required.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is of course a cost involved dependent on what you require, which is something to consider if you are a small business.

Helping me to gather research. I needed to do some new product development research, and survey sparrow made it really easy for me to gather the insights that I needed.
SurveySparrow is very powerful tool for creating survey and pools.

our management require customer satisfaction results and wants to evaluate courier's performance from customers. We created the customized survey and on pilot basis shared with selected customers , results collected and presented to management and team

making our job easy to make the process seamless and showing the best of our reputation by using this service.
Extremely simple to use and doesn't create any kind of overwhelmingness especially in a new user.

Its UI and ability to allow collecting feedback very easily. it is not over intelligent and allows human intervention rather than imposing major restrictions.

SurveySparrow needs to conquer new markets.

SurveySparrow is very handy in collecting immediate feedback post my workshops. Its like almost an instant review of my workshop.
Amazing UI and Unique survey options
What do you like best about the product?
I used survey sparrow to gather details on employee value proposition our organization offers. The list of pre-listed templates were very useful to begin with. Additionally, the surveys could be presented to the end user with a variety of options, I chose the chat type version for my survey. Thanks to trial I was offered, I was able to experience surveysparrow in all its entirety. Would definitely recommend it to teams who publish surveys regularly
What do you dislike about the product?
Perosnally, There's not anything I dislike about survey sparrow but compared to other online tools, I feel it's visibel and aware to the general audience in india

Survey sparrow is solving the problem of teams having to create and manage manually typed surveys in words, google forms. Thanks to amazing UI, the process of collecting answers is made beautiful
Helpful staff and effective software
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using SurveySparrow as a non-profit and with international partners to strenghteh our programme monitoring and evaluation and SurveySparrow has allowed for surveys to be presented in a user friendly way accurate reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow have listened to suggestions and really helped us to find work arounds until their next sprint. A question library and linkage with similar surveys

Helping in difficult areas where gathering and analysing data is difficult, fluid and fast-paced
Easy for begginers
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and intuitive. But the most valuable thing from surveysparrow it is the customer's attractiveness - it makes research fun and interactive in a different way. And I loved that you give an account manager since the beginning of the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am brazilian, so it would be great to translate to portuguese. I didn't have the chance to use the tool because of internal decisions, but so far, it had been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't use the tool but my objective was bring more people to answer the surveys while not being boring or taking lots of time to open a new window or something like that
