What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to setup and get a logical flow for feedback. The design and assistance to setup makes the survey process seamless. The ability to export data into a format that can be processed offline is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several limitations on each of the phases and levels which are not immediately obvious. You must be careful on the level you select, but once you know where you're at it's a perfect way to collect data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage survey data and collect information and feedback in a fast, efficient and simple manner without too many restrictions on ownership of the data.

There's nothing that I can see I dont like.

Survey Sparrow is helping me to collect information from users that do NOT have to share personal info.

The product is really intuitive and since it has comprehensive offerings, so we didn't have to subscribe to multiple products.

I think the pricing is bit on the high end

Great survey tool - such a pretty interface and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Really clear interface. The reporting feature makes it really easy to visualise our data from survey responses. We've also had success with the 'chat' survey feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to see cross-tabulations of data within the reporting feature. The smooth interface sometimes comes at the expense of complexity. Other than that its been a hit.

We needed a cost efficient way to send surveys to our customers for product feedback. It's great that we can create as many surveys as we want without extra charge.

It is highly user-friendly, unlike its competitors. One can start sending surveys right from the get-go.

A little bit on the pricier end for all the features such as NPS etc., but I guess that comes due to the quality and service it provides
