The overall UI design of the product is quite good and makes it easy and user-friendly.

I could not find a monthly plan. It's either quarterly or annually. When someone is not sure about a product, a monthly plan helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in collecting multiple organizational survey data for us. The consolidated output makes it easy to analyze the feedback/input received.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to do automated customer surveys in our app or through email. Admittedly haven't used the additional features like chatbots and whatnot but appreciate that the option is there in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is way too complicated with a lot of tiers for businesses of different sizes. It's offputting for a small business of our size. We were also annoyed that we needed to sign up to see any prices to begin with.

Survey sparrow (funnily enough) solves the survey problem. We want to prompt our users and get their feedback on our application. Survey sparrow allows us to do this through many different channels (link, in-app, etc.)

Seems to be a pretty robust tool though we did run into some trouble dialing in some customization

An affordable option compared to some of the other bigger survey companies.

Good Product for all survey kind of things. Lots of features are there to make your survey better.

Nothing like that. There is nothing i dont like in this product.

It provides better features for a survey .we can use their platform to create any type of surveys

Elements can be more visible. The color of the tool and the dashboard don't stand out. Too much white
