SurveySparrow Offers Top Notch Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow's customer service is knowledgeable and available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used SurveySparrow for a trial period, so didn't have enough time to dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They seem to offer a competitive solution and having more choices in this area is a benefit.
Very organized and great program to develop surveys.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to dive into the metrics of your survey and know exactly how people responded.

When first logging on and using it it takes awhile to get used to.

So far it has helped me develop surveys for my marketing research class which has been awesome.
Very brief experience, but the overall impression is positive.

There is a response limit for free users.

Forms are not typically the most engaging, fun stuff to do and it's great to have a tool that lets you customise your surveys to that extent.

The simplicity of use and the number of available options are a great advantage in using the tool. The support team is also very helpful.

There could be a segmentation of the price of using the platform by region.

Solved the problem of communication through forms, mainly for organizing events.

The tools available, email messages on updates with the app and usefulness for collecting data

The spamming of emails can't get annoying so reducing the amount of emails would be good

What do you like best about the product?
I love the matrix function. I need people who response to my survey to include multiple items in their response, and multiple pieces of information about each item. The matrix feature allows them do to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about the features that have to be paid for that are free from other companies.

Cost.
Its good but last time i check i see a lot of offer for the same service that surveysparrow offer

Loved SurveySparrow. Hated the price.
What do you like best about the product?
The surveys I created looked super cool and fun to use. They matched my branding for the most part. It beats a Google Form by a long shot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price. For the size of my business, spending nearly $30 a month to capture surveys alone is not worth it. However, for larger businesses, I could see how that is a drop in the bucket in exchange for gathering pertinent info from customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps to create engaging & dynamic surveys. I can drop little messages in between questions to break up the survey into smaller chunks, with helps keep the surveyee's attention. I also like that only one question is displayed at a time, again it helps to eliminate surveyee's from dropping off and not completing it.
