Easy Peasy!
What do you like best about the product?
It was a useful and easy tool to learn. It is simple and also aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't had many integrations so it was hard to adapt it to fit in CRMs

Creating a survey from scratch while making it appealing, SurveySparrow does it all!

I needed a quick and easy survey for my clients and this was the perfect solution!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize all features and visuals, keeping the branding cohesive to my brand! Also the ability to keep all data gathered in survey sparrow and organize it is so great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that one downside is the lack of familiarity other people have when it comes to using survey sparrow. Some people are used to other platforms th at are similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey sparrow has solved my top of funnel problems! It's given me a really good tool to utilize and to link to in all of my social media platforms and lets me keep track of it all.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is definitely the best thing: great graphics, smooth movement, great fonts, easy ways of moving things around and configuring the surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bad point is that there are still some errors that hopefully will be fixed. Also, there should be a free tier that would allow a minimum use (essential).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to use it to get client feedback, but I don't consider this an essential tool. I use other ways of contact with clients. I would use it more if it was more flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow helps people understand products, I feel like my reviews are an important factor that may help guide people towards buying products by informing them of the good and the bad about what is within the review. Because of this SurveySparrow really does help me achieve this idea. For this I am thankful to be able to add my reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do find it pretty difficult to manage SurveySparrow as someone from outside America and sometimes because of this I don't find that the site is perfectly accommodating towards non-American people in terms of layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest I couldn't tell you off the top of my head so on this I can only really say that SurveySparrow is heading in the right direction because so far I haven't made a wrong turn on the way here so far!

There is nothing about Survey Sparrow that I dislike.

Survey Sparrow is helping me take initiative as a team leader to better understand the wants of my team.
Overall a Solid Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are tons of survey type questions to pick from to create the exact type and format of survey you desire. Poll questions, yes or no, rankings, etc. are all great features and add versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop re-order of survey questions can be a bit glitchy at times. I'm also not a huge fan of how you go about adding/removing options/columns/rows/etc. on some question formats. I also really like how some of the answers are displayed in the results section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this extensively for collecting flavor feedback for prototype flavors. It provides a nice, consolidated area for gathering all of the details from the testing group and archiving it into one easy to find place.

I like the ease of use and the low cost of the plans.

The price could be lower. Other than that it is a great tool.
