What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and captures the data I need with excellent integrations. As a psychologist this platform allows me to create psychometric and assessment surveys that allow patients to resume long surveys when they are unable to complete them in one sitting.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my needs and it's ease of use, I can't fault Survey Sparrows. It's pricing is very reasonable when compared to platforms such as Typeform, and it has more powerful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue I have with other platforms is not being able to allow consumers to reliably save and return to completing unfinished forms. SurveySparrow does a fantastic job of addressing this by creating a dedicated and secure consumer/user portal.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ready to use factor and the quick support once you begin to use the tool, API connection is quite easy - the price is on the average of the market but was fine to try it for free at the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
actually the data are not really for hotel business which was what i was looking for, once you get all the reply on the survey is not easy to understand some specific points... maybe i would need a pro version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i was looking for a survey tool to share with the hotel guests during breakfast time or at check-out time, for sure is not a stand-alone software, it need to be connected with hotel CRM
SurveySparrow is easy to use and has the functionality we need and want.
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer-focused approach. They are open to feedback and suggestions, and their product team is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The from name can only be customized at your account level, not within a survey. But I hear that is an enhancement they are making soon to remedy this.

We were looking for an all-in-one solution for our customer experience (NPS) and our other surveying needs. This seems to check all the boxes.
A quick way to create an aesthetically pleasing survey
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other Survey creation platforms I found Survey Sparrow very simple to use with lots of cool features. It was also helpful to me that the survey looked cool which would encourage people to fill it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any major downsides to using Survey Sparrow but eventually found that the cost was abit too much for me personally, which led me to use Google Forms as an alternative solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I predominantly used Survey Sparrow so that I could receive and review feedback about our organisation from my employees. I did not see our business performance increase, however this was not something I sought to do with Survey Sparrow anyway.
Professional looking and easy to create
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create and easy to navigate. The look was clean and customizable, and the amount of time it took to create was about as expected. I think that it was easier to use than some of the other sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was far too expensive and the results can be hidden from you if you do not pay. The creation got a bit in the weeds with some of the answers, and residents wished that they could have a preview of the entire survey before doing it.

It helped me create a survey for my residents that allowed for easy update of information.
Great feature set with easy integration into CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration into Hubspot fields for tracking survey responses to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Styling features can be a bit finicky to use. Would appreciate a more comprehensive visual editor.

Creating surveys that are easy to use and tracking responses to individuals in our CRM.

Sometimes the system is not as intuitive as I would like. I have to really search to figure out how to do something if I want the questions or surveys to do something specific.

We can get feedback from employees about different company-related issues or benefits. We use it to improve our internal processes and the emplyee experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The recurring survey feature is a feature wenever knew I needed until we started using it.It saved us a lot of time as it was automated.Being able to map out a user journey is really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is steep, especially if you lie between personal and business.

Being able to collect community members' feedback regularly without human intervention. It enables us to analyze data visually and make informed decisions promptly.
