Powerful software - but best used for longer surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful tool for conducting detailed surveys, with multiple question types and logic. The actual user interface for respondents is intuitive and feels much more interactive and engaging than alternative options

Limited on-site software and functionality for smaller qualitative feedback, such as on-site pop-ups

Conducting large scale qualitative surveys as part of user research and consumer behaviour projects
Great customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is straightforward to use, it has many capabilities, and the customer service team is always very responsive when we have a question. I really appreciate them!
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't realize ahead of time that using an email embed via HubSpot would collect responses as "Anonymous." We were under the impression it would pick up First and Last names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to send an NPS survey to our customers and analyze the results - SurveySparow has been effective at doing both!

Cool and beautiful forms
What do you like best about the product?
Working in the User Experience field made me very concerned about how the audience will answer our questions via form, with Surveysparrow I found a tool that has that user-friendly interface, minimalistic, and straight to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto report does not show all custom text answers; you can only see it on a sheet. Other than that, I don't remember anything missing or that didn't meet my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research with forms and multiple choice, open-ended questions, etc. Easy to configure a form and customize a theme with your brand's look and feel.
Good value for the "money"
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's free and provides what we need: simple NPS solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't get to integrate survey sparrows as part of our other workflows as we hoped although we could have used simple links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing customer and user sentiment is more important than ever. SurveySparrows helps with that a lot.
Great response from Survey Sparrow, where able to answer all my questions in my first call with them
What do you like best about the product?
It can work with our specific need to use their APIs to submit our survey responses gathered offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI options available are not very flexible and sometimes may require CSS manipulation to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem is to record feedback while the user may not have an internet connection. While Survey Sparrow does not offer an immediate solution, they were happy to work with a workaround with us.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Using SurveySparrow is very easy, and the templates are perfect for a survey; there are little changes that need to be made with the templates.

I have not found anything with SurveySparrow that makes me dislike it.

The benefit we have with using SurveySparrow has allowed us to use the same platform across all entities.
Easy to Use and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the guided templates and ease of use when making forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools and integrations I wanted to use cost a fee in order to use.

I wanted to track conversion and get leads from my website in order to reach out to customers later.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is super easy to use and it allows for true customization of survey questions which helps to create a variety of custom tailored questions, keeping the survey interesting for participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I disliked while using it. It might be because I last used it a few months ago. Mostly, I do not like that there is no free subscription option. All tiers are paid tiers and I just don't have so much use for it that I would pay for the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It easily allows for quick polls and surveys with my colleagues. We have done serious polls to determine event preferences but we have also done some fun stuff like "rate the cutest pet." Creating the polls and surveys are easy and getting people to respond even easier.

The Configuration menu is confusing when you change language, some words remain in English
