Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is super easy to use and it allows for true customization of survey questions which helps to create a variety of custom tailored questions, keeping the survey interesting for participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I disliked while using it. It might be because I last used it a few months ago. Mostly, I do not like that there is no free subscription option. All tiers are paid tiers and I just don't have so much use for it that I would pay for the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It easily allows for quick polls and surveys with my colleagues. We have done serious polls to determine event preferences but we have also done some fun stuff like "rate the cutest pet." Creating the polls and surveys are easy and getting people to respond even easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, intuitive templates, nice reports

The Configuration menu is confusing when you change language, some words remain in English

Now I can obtain my survey with kiosk mode in some areas without internet access

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow has unique features compared to other survey tools - my favorite feature is the ability to send a survey via SMS or Email using a "relative recurring" share where you can schedule a survey to send based on a custom contact property.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inconsistencies in UX and features across different survey types. It has created unnecessarily complex or unique workflows for our team who works across different survey types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow is automating what was previously an almost completely manual, personal feedback process in the healthcare industry. The number of responses we have received since switching is comparable to the manual process which is quite impressive.

Simple and surreal

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness to share surveys through multiple channels and the option to configure reminders to nudge the non-respondents on a timely manner. Also, the multi linguistic surveys help us synthesize and see the responses in one view rather than interpreting multiple surveys for each language.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing of that sort at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us improve the survey response rates 3x from our current numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to remove spam from my contact forms, and it works pretty well. Moreover, I also use it to collect replies from customers about how they want their websites and make the experience seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notification system seems not to work every time (at least in the free plan), even though I have it activated in my settings. There have been a few instances where I did not even notice I had forms awaiting my feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making gathering data from my clients for website-related jobs way more accessible and in a professional way. Moreover, I don't receive spam since I use it, which is clearly a significant advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed the creativity and diversity of templates available to me when I was creating different forms and applications through survey sparrow. I also think visually you can do a lot more then with other platforms, and that makes people more willing to complete each survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of anything that I dislike about service Barrow,, I found the Interface to be incredibly accessible and streamlined for me to use without any real training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to choose a template to get started. The templates have lots of options for questions formats so I can get the information I need in a way that makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for an easy-to-use, cost-effective survey platform. SurveySparrow fits the bill.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, I found setting up a new survey and sending it out to my clients to be simple and straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much critical feedback. Perhaps it would be nice to have more options to build-in NPS score
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to get client feedback about their experience with us. This gives us an easy way to do that.
