I've been using SurveySparrow for quite a few years now, it comes really handy for customer survey
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is really the best about managing audience targeting and grouping.
The pricing is also one of the most afordable ones, with a free trial which was really useful to try the platform.
The language support was also really useful as we wanted all our surveys to be in french.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of SurveySparrow is the UX which can be sometimes tricky. But when you're enough trained and guided through the website, the different qualities of the website are really useful.
When we started on the platform and couldn't setup specific things, we even got a call with a surveysparrow representative who guided us through the whole product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow is solving the audience management and survey request part of our business. Beautiful themes, coupled with advanced analytics makes it easier to manage surveying on the daily work

Easy to use and set up. Very user friendly didn't take much to learn how to use it and get the answers from the survey.

I can't think of anything. It worked great for what I needed.

I found the customer service to be helpful and professional – especially for a small business like me – they were accessible and responsive given the size of my account.

There are always areas for improvement but overall I thought the service was good.

My favorite thing about SurveySparrow is the ease of everything. It's hard to find an application nowadays that you can understand right away. The tutorial was also very well done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not personally experienced any downsides with using SurveySparrow. I use it for school most of the time and it hasn't failed me once. My teachers love it more than I do!

I am not running a business, I used this for a couple research projects in school. If anything, I guess you could say it is helping me maintain my great grades.

It was difficult to test the email. Rather than wildcards using contact details, the test emails just include the wild cards. Ie: Dear $Contact.Name
