Loved the ranking feature
What do you like best about the product?
I tried multiple survey products but couldn't find ranking feature on most of the products. Survey sparrow was the only one i found.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product doesn't have a dedicated app and everytime i have to open it in on chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever i have to conduct a survey for my UX research, it gives me the required options and generates a great report as well.

easy to use tool with some extra features like sync with drive that allows you not only to do a survey but also to get insights on the responses
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd have like to have an option to display a "good bye" page after the survey is done

I used it for an internal company survey. It worked well without any errors
Excellent, flexible app for surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible, and very intuitive. Can write simple or complicated surveys with dependants on other questions.

Nothing really. It meets all of our requirements

We are using it to run online proxies for annual general meetings for condos.

Too complex for me. I wanted just click click survey with a bit of logic

Couldn't find the logical section with some rudimentary ifelse / Switchcase functions
Really loved the product & hope they add more features to the free version!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the professional energy it gives off. The smooth transitions between questions is super advanced. Loved how seem less it feels overall. Personally I love how user friendly it is and would continue to develop this in a user-friendly perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I really wish there was an affordable subscription version. Truly wish it had options for small business that are just getting started above the free trial. In addition, I disliked that the free version ruined my trial version and I had to go back and make repairs to my questionnaire because the change in deliverables that the free version does not offer compared to the trial version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surgery sparrow is solving the issue of having an On-Boarding platform for my clients. I simply use it to have a fancy looking portal to send to my clients and collect vital information to get started in working with them. It's a fantastic portal via link and very handy!
Good experience, pitched SS for a project and had a smooth onboarding and first experience.

Pricing plans/yearly only focus, would like to see more price per project options

Amazing UI/UX
What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are several payment plans suited to your specific needs so you can get the best bang for your buck. I also love that it have display and skip logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't allow you create or view surveys on mobile devices. That might be something to look at. It's mobile website also needs improvements as it lags atimes

It's helping individuals and brands get feedback from audiences they're trying to reach. Either for better products or for a research documents or just a poll and I like that

SurveySparrow is really the best about managing audience targeting and grouping.
The pricing is also one of the most afordable ones, with a free trial which was really useful to try the platform.
The language support was also really useful as we wanted all our surveys to be in french.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of SurveySparrow is the UX which can be sometimes tricky. But when you're enough trained and guided through the website, the different qualities of the website are really useful.
When we started on the platform and couldn't setup specific things, we even got a call with a surveysparrow representative who guided us through the whole product.

SurveySparrow is solving the audience management and survey request part of our business. Beautiful themes, coupled with advanced analytics makes it easier to manage surveying on the daily work

Easy to use and set up. Very user friendly didn't take much to learn how to use it and get the answers from the survey.

I can't think of anything. It worked great for what I needed.
