Great Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for creating surveys for your business or organization

I haven't run into any downsides with the product or services

I needed a reliable, versatile survey solution and SurveySparrow checked all the boxes.
Good software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Seems to have a good set of features. Able to output the results to custom webhook address. Forms are easy on the eyes and easily customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was really looking to find a form builder that allowed me to create customizable buttons with words on them as the form choice responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create forms for lead generation. I am still trying SurveySparrow out and haven't determined if I will continue using the software or not.
Great user experience

Very intuituve. Its easy to move from one to next question

Nothing that i dint like. Nothing that hampered my user experience

SurveySparrow is great for gaining feedback on training materials and company events. I always get feedback on how professional and personalized they look! Thanks SurveySparrow.

It can be cumbersome to figure out at first.

SurveySparrow makes gaining feedback easier. This streamlines the process of reviewing training.
Wonderful Product
What do you like best about the product?
This platoform made it it very simple to ask the questions needed. The ease of use was a huge selling point and one of main reasons we utilized this specific platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really wasn't anything that I disliked specifically. I just thought that the pricing was a bit on the higher side. But, you pay for quality and it was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to identify useful and unique features that that specific clients use and why.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
After trying some other pricy platforms we landed on SurveySparrow and was amazed by ease of use, features and pricing. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be improved to be a bit more user friendly. For example adding and images was a bit confusing as we didn't know what size works best for desktop and mobile

It helps us get quick customer feedback in a timely manner and pricing is reasonable
SurveySparrow is an excellent tool - functional without the fluff

Easy to navigate dashboard and flow. I was able to set up my survey in one session (like under 15 minutes) and send out to clients. I like the dashboard UX/UI and template questions

I ultimately did not purchase SurveySparrow, because I did not feel like my business need required such a robust tool. While I like the suite of products there are simply too much for my needs, today

The primary use case for SurveySparrow was collecting NPS data on behalf of enterprise merchants. The secondary use case was collecting feedback from our agency partners regarding upcoming content they'd like to see/participate in

Ease of use and minimalism. I like that it makes it easy for people to provide feedback or input their information.

Nothing! I think it is a stellar product.

Surveying problem and its benefiting me by being very simple and easy to use.
Great for tracking feedback.
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for tracking feedback from individual users, especially the fact that even users who haven't finished the survey automatically have their feedback tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the displaying option of the score is automatically available in the Thank you page, but that simple option is not automatically available if I were to desire to display the score in the middle of the survey. The only way to do that is to manually create an expression and add up all the scores myself, and it baffles me that there is no automatic variable or expression that just keeps track of all the scores throughout the survey. This becomes exponentially painful as you have more questions in your survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seems to rise above the competition when it comes to the insights that can be gained from the results. It really helps to see the drop off rate and partial submission results.
Liked the UI, but went with a different platform
What do you like best about the product?
The UI was pretty user friendly and they had a lot of survey-related templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
As described in the name, most of the templates were survey-specific and we ultimately went with a solution that offered a little more variety so we wouldn't need to have so many platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were hoping to also create some form of quizzes as well, but wasn't clear if there was that option.
