Most excellent lightweight survey application
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, can be set up with people with little to no technical experience. Succinct in what it provides, the GUI is easy to follow and little to no coding experience is what sets it apart from other survey softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present, there are no items that bring me problems that I cannot overcome. Support is best in class, usually getting back to you the same day, which is extremely important to my users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get a feel for how our online training supports new clients using our software. In addition, it plugs in nicely with Hubspot so there are no problems recording the data in the user's account for future reference.
One of the best survey builder ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
The Survey Builder is just self-explanatory and easy to use; Survey sparrow provides all the essential required features; there is no feature overloading or underloading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as Such, although the editor is not friendly on mobile phones. Apart from this, there is nothing I can complain about. The whole platform is very intuitive and well-engineered.

What do you like best about the product?
To begin, there are preset templates. This will help to shorten the time it takes to create the design before sending the survey to customers. also has a very user-friendly UI, making it very simple to use the platform

nothing much. price is a bit higher when compared to other tools.

For us, the tool is useful in understanding the customer's current health score at various points along the customer journey.

The integration with Power BI seemed really useful and easy to use for someone like me who's not that technical

I struggled a bit with the logic questions but thats probably some user error

I find online survey or experience requests are falling on deaf ears and surveysparrow seemed fresh and with plenty of avenues to create engaging content that people might actually respond to.

SurveySparrow met all my expectations, it is very easy to update, has many integrations and is interactive. I am in the process of getting my company to buy the full license. I even use it for my personal projects.
I really liked the possibility to customise everything, from the background to the font, the logo, everything. It has advanced properties, you can make payments, and online orders. I found it very complete and user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the basic package is quite high compared to other services. The payments are annual, and I have found it difficult to get finance to agree to commit to paying for a year.

Part of my job is gathering feedback from young people, which can be very challenging. SurveySparrow provides a very interactive alternative that helps young people engage.

Helpful in a way that it provide exact and true details to every user and member.Best survey site that I've bumped in to. I can say that survey sparrow accurately updated their survey every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Surveying can be expensive and may not be a viable option for a start-up company working within a tight budget. As a start-up company with limited funds, conducting surveys can be expensive and inconvenient. Nevertheless, I am delighted with the recent upgrades introduced to this application.

It helps online businesses make the survey a tool for marketing. One of the advantages of using SurveySparrow is that it offers informal surveys, which provide a chat-like survey experience. Additionally, their surveys are mobile-first, allowing for the engagement of audiences on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
The preview feature is perfect, and it works fine. Themes customization works very well and has excellent options. The user interface for the participants is beautiful and user-friendly.
Although I haven't used any, there are a lot of possible integrations. And the overview and reports to analyze the results are the best I've seen in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
The questions type Slider and Opinion Scale doesn't have an option to edit numbers labels or change to words. When building the form, it has just a little loading when you select preview in real-time, but it is acceptable.

I think Survey sparrow should work on Report. Need more clear dashboards for easy data visualization.

I used SurveySparrow for research purposes. Using this tool I quickly collected all the data need
I tried multiple apps, but nothing compares with SurveySparrow, I recommend to everyone.
