Great intuitive tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Great intuitive tool. Seems like they were answering a lot of customer trouble while developing the product

Nothing much so far. Everything seems to be good.

Survey Sparrow is able to capture the feedback of our products from our end users, and we are able to customise according to their requirement
A very dynamic easy to use survey creation tool.

It has been designed to have built-in features experienced Marketers need when creating surveys, so much of it were tools already created - I just needed to select the options.

It was all good, If I needed help, the support people were very responsive

What do you like best about the product?
I love the options to customize my survey. I can create a wide variety of question formats for my surveys, as well as view the responses in formats that are concise and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any features that I don't like. At this time, it has met all my needs and I will continue to use it to survey our client base!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can acquire feedback from our current and past clients and do so in an anonymous way. I am able to detect areas of improvement and discern patterns. I can then pass this feedback on to our staff to make improvements.

Easy to customize, lots of question types, conditional questions, and overall intuitive and easy to use.

The closed surveys count and I can't create more surveys because of it.

Simple onboarding process, it was easy to get up and running and start crafting surveys

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SurveySparrow is that they took what is typically a standard, monotonous task on a lackluster platform into a more interactive, dynamic, and innovative experience. This helps to prevent burnout or boredom from the user which results in more accurate data. Rather than someone trying to quickly get through the survey. Being able to vary how questions are served also keeps user's attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionalities are not as intuitive as the others but the the customer service team was quick to respond and clarify any questions I had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing a more precise way to measure what our client needs and automating what we should be offering them based on those results from the potential client's survey. For other clients, offering more innovative ways for their customers to share their thoughts on their experience at their properties.
Easy survey software!
What do you like best about the product?
Surveysparrow is easy to use and has lots of options to customize surveys. I also like the different types of surveys they offer, such as traditional or chat style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Survey Sparrow had a better Salesforce integration. We really struggled with it and were unable to get it to work in our system. However, they do have a lot of ways to export data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey Sparrow helps with CSAT surveys and other on the spot surveys we need to conduct to understand our customer''s pulse on things. It helps with understanding what people think in realtime.

What do you like best about the product?
The price was what sold us on this, but the interface is easy to work with as well. Their customer service team is very responsive which is great, and have hopped on a call with me to help me troubleshoot in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a younger tool missing some customization at the level we purchased. The way they package different product offerings within their pricing tiers frustrates me a bit. I need one additional feature but can't justify leveling up and taking on the additional cost just for that feature. I do with they had an a la carte option when it came to packaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running NPS through SurveySparrow. The package we're at allows us enough customization to satisfy our needs. NPS helps us to track how customers are feeling about us without prompting them for an answer face to face, and we greatly value the feedback. The NPS functionality within SurveySparrow is cost-effective and does what we need it to do. We looked at other competitors (SurveyMonkey, Gainsight) and felt that SurveySparrow was our "goldilocks" and offered what we needed at the price point we were looking for.
