Great tool for basic surveyors. A user - friendly and fun to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Great interface and easy to collate answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit pricey. You should have options for choosing features from packages for small businesses.

Helpful for basic survey needs and design an easy survey for people to answer.

SurveySparrow is really powerful and smart.

I think that maybe there's too much "aggression" on the customer to upgrade the account.

We needed a powerful tool capable of create good surveys and we finally found it.
It was easy and fun to use and the result was a beautiful survey

Ease of use and lovely creative layout and the feedback visuals were amazing.

I can't think of a downside or anything I disliked about Survey Sparrow

We needed to send out a survey to parents and we received great feedback in an easy to understand format

What do you like best about the product?
I love Survey Sparrow's non-conventional template & interface! I find that it differentiates me from other businesses! And I also enjoy that my clients can provide feedback to me in a conversational way as I find that the most enjoyable way to collect feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular actually. But would be fantastic if I could pay on a per month basis as I don't use Survey Sparrow on an every month basis! That will be lovely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow turns collecting feedback from a boring process into a fun one. In return, I receive better feedback & I can improve my business from there! I also love it that my forms are not the typical Google Forms and it helps make my business looks more professional as well

Well, surveysparrow has helped us to grow a lot as an organization and focused on driving customer surveys and well-versed research and learning more and more about customers.It helped us to create multiple forms with ease to use and offered multiple functionalities.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow is authentic and one can gain knowledge from survey. I appreciate transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like anything so far, but activity level is very low. More opportunities should be invited.

What do you like best about the product?
Very interactive to use, and I like when using the program, is that it has this feature where if you want to, a certain answer from a survey will make it jump to another question, hereby skipping some unnecessary details (ex. If the answer is No, it ends the survey and so on)

It takes time getting used to, as the program has too many features to handle, especially if you are a beginner, and also, it is not a free platform, so there is that

I love the part where surveys can be taken/ collected on multi-channels. This increases the survey completion/ response rate!
