I think that they have done a great job with branding and creating a clean and simple to navigate UI design.

I personally like the UI, it was very easy to use it as I was using it first time. Also team and support was expectional good.

Can give more survey responses to free account. It help in testing the product

Creating leads with survey. Its a very good tool to capture survey and also helps in lead generation.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the variety and ability to connect multiple data sources and endpoints is super handy. Furthermore the design opportunities are very nice so you can easily prdouce a good looking survey!
What do you dislike about the product?
The educational discount did not work properly in the beginning. Also some parts of the functionality were moved to a higher price tier whike I was using them in my survey so I had to redesing some stuff.

Its easy to connect SurveySparrow to multiple data and endpoints and with doing so create interactive survey applications. Furthermore it offers professional design.
Cool, but not for me.
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to build a survey out of their platform when I was practicing with it. I wish the package would've been more customizable at a better rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
My agency only facilitates a few hundred surveys a year and need a kiosk setup. So the budget and platform didn't work for us. It took me three attempts before they would confirm a refund.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I understand and appreciate they wanted to help me make it work, but it was frustrating to have to explain multiple times why it wouldn't work for us.
It’s very easy to use and the customer support is very quick and awesome.

It had many features that I found useful. The platform is comparatively easy to use than similar platforms available in the market.

It could be great if we had a few more features in the 360 Assessment type of surveys.

We are using SurveySparrow for setting up a 360 Assessment for a Fellowship Program conducted by our organisation.

I love that there are 500+ ready-to-use survey templates right at your fingertips! Making it easier to get a quick start and customize to my organization's needs with custom questions.

Nothing! The SurveySparrow platform is extremely user-friendly with drag-and-drop features to build surveys any way you like and has the best price compared to its competitors!

I used SurveySparrow to get feedback from our constituents to make sure we were providing the best resources for them to stay and get involved with our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
As an office manager, I've found SurveySparrow to be incredibly helpful. I've used it for a variety of projects, including employee surveys. Our team reported an ease of submitting answers on their end as well!

Honestly I think it's great just how it is, I'm not looking for anything else from this platform than what is currently provided! I really appreciate having access to a platform like SurveySparrow

Gathering information from our entire staff - there is a need for the platform to be not only easy to design on my end but also user friendly for inputting responses to the survey.
