What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and professional templates make survey creation easy. We use this product to grow our business.

Analyzing the data was cumbersome, but that was due to the way we structured our survey rather than the survey tool itself

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good general data collection platform and is straightforward, no frills. Operates as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the pay gate and they kind of email you a LOT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me collect information in a prettier way compared to Google forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop feature of the SurveySparrow is awesome and user-friendly. Making surveys is already boring but suverySparrow makes it comfortable for me. The customization options are up to the mark and as per my needs. The payment integration is amazing. I have been able to use it to get paid and get reviews from my clients as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limited choices for designing surveys. I want to have design-related features. Like I want to have multiple dividers. Making forms should be like making a website. With more branding customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As. a freelance I like to get feedback from my clients. If my service was up to their expectations. Clients are very open to giving feedback to me and SurveySparrow is my go-to for building reputation with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
easy integration and the templates are easy and great to use. I like the categorization and the dashboard. Also, the reporting is very easy to use with nice automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no mobile app that let you get full access. The theme sometimes reset by mistake which makes an issue. Also, I don't get the participants name in the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with customers survey, employees survey, internal events, and contests. Feedback platform for shareholders. Also, with employees evaluation internally.

What do you like best about the product?
The metrics and measures and reports are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did not feel like the product for me as a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to do a smal survey for a consulting project and didn't find it to cater to our business. It was a good product but too expensive for my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow was easy to use and allowed me to do what I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
They had a lot of follow-up emails that I was disinterested in.

SurveySparrow allowed me to do what I wanted for a short term visual regarding an event that I hosted.

Great survey tool for different applications

What do you like best about the product?
Logic jumps, a "typeform" like survey and the integrations to the google suite are my favorite things about SurveySparrow. The interface is much more lovely than something like Survey Monkey for example while still having enough options for more complex survey studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
SimpleSat has a feature where people can fill out the survey within their emails it seems like so we typically get more engagement from there. But survey sparrow is so much more powerful that we do keep using it. The responses area is a bit difficult to use, I wish there was a better way to see the data for each question in a larger view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a survey platform for product evaluations, recruiting for studies and general customer satisfaction surveys to continue to improve and keep track of our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I didn't have any background in survey creation, so I appreciated that SurveySparrow was easy to use. I also felt like the surveys I created were visually appealing for respondents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like customer service was extremely unhelpful. Whenever I had a question on how to fix a particular feature, they never had an answer for me and told me they would have to get additional support and would get back to me days later. I didn't have that time, so I ended up having to figure out how to do it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to conduct surveys in a country where Google Surveys doesn't work, so SurveySparrow helped me create surveys that were accessible by the people I was looking to survey.
