so far i think survey sparrow is really good and will recommend it to friends

i like that i can turn surveys into conversations i find it really useful and a overall great website to use

there's barely anything i dislike from survey sparrow it's a really good website but i feel like sometimes it takes awhile to load everything

What do you like best about the product?
The keyword for us, which they use themselves, is to be Omnichannel. We have to focus, as a company, on our Core Business. Therefore, we cannot have a generic research platform. Being able to have peace of mind knowing that they cover not only the tool, but the methodologies to apply to the main points of our business (Customers, Research, Marketing, Employees, NPS and so on) saves us energy and adds value to intelligence to our operation. Example: it is our obligation as entrepreneurs to know the NPS concept. But the story is different when we have to take the focus off our business as a whole to fully shield all the particularities of this methodology. When SurveySparrow brings the methodology and tool together for our data search, it's perfect. So we don't have to assemble all the scripts from scratch. I think you got it, right?
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can always be better, but the main downside is the pricing model. It's fair for what they deliver, but it can be expensive if you're a small business with a more relevant amount of people to interact with. As it is complete (Omnichannel, remember?) maybe it's worth looking for more specific platforms with a more realistic price point for you. Also, customer service could improve a bit too. But nothing that compromises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned in the first point (What do you like best?) not only are they Omnichannel but the main problem they solve is what we call Scripts. I'll use the NPS example again: we know and understand the methodology. But if Survey Sparrow was just a platform, we would have to create the whole concept from scratch. As they have a flow of best practices, we just need to adapt these best methodologies that are in their research platform to our particularities, according to our target audiences. Is too good! Really!

What do you like best about the product?
So I would say this is very useful as it's a platform where we can fill the surverys many things and anyone who's not using that product can simply Check the survey and proceed

There's nothing much I dislike as there are many more platforms where people can survey but nothing much I can find that i don't like. It's just I feel the platform can look more attractive

The best thing is it's providing reviews of all the platforms, so it's helping us to decide the correct platform to see which product is better by reading surveys

There are three things that I like about surveySparrow which makes it better than other softwares-
1. The offline feature which enables you to take inputs of the respondent even when you don't have internet connections really helps you to carry out your survey in remote areas.
2. There is an option by which you can record the audio of the respondents making the survey more genuine and reliable.

There is a lot of manual work to be done at the start to develop a good format, but later on, you can get better suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application is compatible on both desktop and mobile making it easier for our CDC to carry out surveys. The offline mode makes it further easier. The quality of the report has improved the effectiveness of my survey helping me better understand the situation and thus better results for my project. And its easy to share both the report as well as the survey format to others.

Thé value of survey sparrow is for me that you can do multiple lines on one slide. The contact is very powerful. The workflow is also great. I used it for a postcard creation tunnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stability could be improve, but it works well. The logic is not as intuitive as typeform one. The degree of customization could be also improved, especialy background and image features

The fact that it's a no code app, it allowed me to create a database very easily. I used it to create un tunnel création for postcard. It worked well. I was automaticaly filling a google doc template to create my postcards

What do you like best about the product?
This platform combines the power and insight of survey automation with other business features. This platform allows you to reach your audience in multiple ways, for example, through email or QR codes on flyers. The best part is that with this platform, you do not have to send out surveys manually. You can import contacts using a CSV file. Everyone who receives an email from you will receive a link to the study.

To fully understand the features of this tool, you need to take your time. Sometimes it cannot be easy to navigate through all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a result, I have higher user engagement, which means users can complete the survey in one sitting rather than exiting and then coming back. It also means that I get a higher success rate.
