Easy to use and helpful resource
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for customization. I need to be able to develop different surveys depending on each new client

It helps me to develop clean, professional surveys so I can understand where my clients need help and what is working or not in our program.
Amazing UX
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful app for creating surveys, I especially liked the analytics function. The customer service was really helpful too! I appreciate the possibility to export to SPSS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like, but I'd be happy if the analytics option was even more advanced.

Easy to use, beautiful, but quite limited on entry packages
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, allowing me to easily make attractive surveys. Pricing was favourable relative to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annual subscriptions were great pricing, but if you need to pay monthly the difference is quite large and prohibitive (I'm often happy to pay a little extra for monthly payments rather, but the difference in this case was really big, unfairly disadvantageous for those that simply can't afford big once-off).

Attractive surveys for clients. Feedback forms.
Beautiful PC UI, refined tools, and everything an instructional designer could ask for!
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow made it so easy to create a visually beautiful survey to send out to our team. I have not tried the paid version, but the reporting available for free is very beautiful! Loving the word clouds and formats for our qualitative data. The question tools are deep and broad, covering every type of question (and importantly, question logic and routing/branching). I intend on using this pilot attempt using the free version to demonstrate value to our team for paid use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration for Teams is the only drawback so far. The survey links for socials are so pretty, but when integrating to Teams, it strips the formatting, the text that appears is not what I'd written, and there was no picture. Clicking it still took you to the nicer-looking survey, but I wish it had been up to snuff. It would have gotten more responses than via email/bugging folks in Sharepoint news I think, being able to hit peoples' desktops directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helped me create a visually striking, appealing-to-click survey to gather a variety of quantitative and qualitative data for our teams. The benefits of the free version are generous, and enough to cover our pilot test and then some - notably, far more than you get from other services in terms of # of responses/# of questions/ reporting, etc. In our case, it was a great way to gather useful, actionable data from our team of about 100. I will be testing it in the future as a way to create reportable quizzes for our software instruction videos. Hoping it works out!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this one a shot. SurveySparrow seems to be a better version of most available survey tools.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has a very easy-to-use user interface with lots of customizability features perfect for the average and advanced user. I would highly recommend their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like some of the signup options related to payment structure. This could be a bit simple but overall they have a fantastic product for most end users!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped me find a great survey tool that I ended up using for my entire company. I would highly recommend SurveySparrow to anyone and everyone looking for a power survey solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's a cost affordable, robust survey platform that allows for me to conduct the type of surveys I want, where I want. I like the click and point nature of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is some functionality that could be updated - things like more robust conditional text, hidden variables (i.e., assign a random condition to individuals who take the survey to see specific sections), etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small startup and couldn't afford some of well known survey solutions. When I was looking for alternatives, survey sparrow was a surprise and delight. It was affordable and included most of the features I require to conduct the research I need to.
Easy to set up and great analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I've used SurveySparrow to gather a lot of customer feedback. The intuitive UI makes it easy to set up the feedback form, by providing great template examples and easily let you change the style of the form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced some issues with exporting analytics at the beginning but the great customer service was able to quickly help me out with that. Besides that there is nothing I really dislike.

Making the experience of gathering customer feedback not only easy for me, but also a better experience for the customers. I feel like a great form is also helping gathering better feedback.
Great product with a few bugs and excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is very intuitive to use and has lots of features. When compared, other competitors lacked one thing or another. This one has it all! And on top of that, we've chosen SurveySparrow. because of its flexibility. It is good idea to allow users to use the tool in any way they want because our use case couldn't be covered by any of the templates, but we still managed to implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has some bugs. In our case, it was a frozen screen and embedded form not yielding the results. However, everything was sorted out with a help of customer support. SurveySparrow showed us a lot of attention even though we were a very small client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create an interactive and fun quiz to help potential candidates check if they would be a good fit for our company and to showcase our values. It's not what SurveySparrow was primarily designed for, but its flexibility allowed us to do just that without any hassle.
