Nice alternative to Survey Monkey
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to use and nice trial period period
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not free forever. Ha!. But no, I didn't notice any features that I was looking for to be missing.

Just a more aesthetically pleasing interaction compared to Survey Monkey in my email

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like about SurveySparrow is the clean and modern-looking interface. It generally feels nice and operates as expected. It's a solid option in the online survey space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there is some clunkiness and general weirdness in some areas of the application. Sometimes I'll go to do something and either can't find the feature or the feature just behaves differently than expected.

SurveySparrow provides a robust and solid survey authoring and data collection platform that enables users to run surveys to gather valuable insights from customers.
Fantastic product all around, plenty of customization
What do you like best about the product?
Has all the customization features we were needing, while also being SUPER intuitive and easy to use from the get-go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just need a more elegant way of including an appointment booking integration, rather than have to use an external link and taking prospects out of the quiz - would love for them to book inside the quiz.

Really great for streamlining customer experience and allowing us to collect data/leads easily!
Quite customizable
What do you like best about the product?
A few quarters back I evaluated a handful of survey tools that would integrate into a landing page with my company's branding. Survey Sparrow was easy to work with, extremely customizable and was the only tool that offered everything I needed at a fair price.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more formatting functionality out of the box (like if the answers showed up in clusters vs stacks), and if the tool had a bit more reporting and analytics capabilities, but mostly I'm satisfied with this solution solely based on its agility.

Provides visual distinction and increases feedback engagement in an otherwise crowded world of typical survey links that get buried in inbox hell

UI/UX experience is good. Text surveys make it very easy for our customers to complete.

As a small business, we wanted to gather information on what we're doing well and what we could improve. NPS surveys help us see what our customers are saying about us.
Super customizeable and a great user interface
What do you like best about the product?
The survey builder is extremely easy to learn and use. I was surprised at how customizable the survey questions were. Very intuitive and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was slightly confusing, once I had the survey questions the way I wanted them, how to get the survey out to people. The link and the ability to simply understand it's distribution wasn't easy to figure out.

I needed a customer experience survey after a customer has gone through our entire sales cycle a couple of times. I wanted to get quick easy feedback in a simple manner. SurveySparrow accomplished this.
Great for small size companies
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to create and duplicate surveys, we used it for our educational course and ran a survey after each session. That allowed us to adjust the program on the go and reach very high NPS score! Which was super easy to measure using SurveySparrow, so we definitely recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UX is confusing, for example, it's not easy to quickly open multiple survey results in different tabs to compare them. But overall the tool is great, not much to comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to stay in touch with our course participants and did frequent pulse checks. That helped us improve content quality and student satisfaction. Which in the end resulted in better reviews and more recommendations down the road.
Always Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow allows me to make my surveys as basic or as detailed as needed. For the most part, it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say the only dislike I have is the information can become repetitive when creating a survey.

We're able to reach out to our employees in different states at the same time and let them remain annonomys in answering the surveys.
Survey Sparrow Ups and Downs
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow has amazing functionality and integration with programs used every day. Information captured from the survey can be ported in real-time over to google sheets or mail chimp. Great for contact collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing plans are a little difficult to understand. In the free plan, there seems to be a paywall that does not allow you to use the functionality it promises. We would love to see a more refined experience there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey Sparrow is allowing our company to collect information regarding interest and contact. Using this platform we can keep a dynamic list of contacts and referrals.
