An excellent online survey builder with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow was extremely easy to use. We had a long survey and it was helpful to have the logic built in so members didn't have to complete questions that were irrelevant to them. They also had incredible customer support. When I had any questions, there was a great help database and when I needed to contact them, they responded very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only needed SurveySparrow for a short amount of time to conduct a survey, so I purchased the quarterly plan. I planned to cancel before it was renewed. I assumed I would get an email letting me know my renewal was upcoming, but I didn't and it auto-renewed, which was frustrating. However, when I contacted them, they helped me resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to conduct a satisfaction survey. By using SurveySparrow and compiling the data in-house, we saved a significant amount of money over hiring a survey company. Additionally, it gave all our members the ability to take the survey, instead of just a random sampling.

Its is a very easy platform if you are looking to start and manage internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may seem a bit daunting at first if you are going to manage locally.

This will help us gauge our customer's experiance.
Meets the needs of any size business
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in the platform - helpful templates. I appreciate that this can grow with me. I don't use any special tools at this time. This is much better solution than the other platforms we looked at.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no features that I dislike. I feel like we have plenty of room to grow into if needed. Right now we are using the free version because of our company size and frequency need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach out to employees regularly and gather their feedback We are getting great results. This is a much better way of getting feedback than just an email to our employees.

If you are looking for a survey solution that can grow with your company, Survey Sparrow is a great one!
Great survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow was easy to use and was very intuitive. It gave all the features of a survey tool without much confusion. Overall the interface was sleek and was very customer friendly. There were numerous extensions to my trial which were required while I waited for a client, which was much appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that features were added at different tiers was a bit awkward, and the billing/canceling part was not easy. I needed to engage support to cancel and should just be able to do this from the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client engagement right at the discovery phase. Gave a sleek and custom experience to the initial engagement, and allowed for a branded, and unique exposure, without using valuable meeting time.
Works really well, and I've found it very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The conversational layout and flow makes it really easy to use in a lot of different scenarios. And we've found it makes customers feel more comfortable too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does lack some connection/customization options

It's allowed us to have surveys in a conversational format... which has increased the % of people that finish.

basically only that its not free, also I had 1 problem with the picture choice question, the pics were kinda small

providing a survey that has a lot of different options and easy to interperate results
Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use (it was quite easy to navigate the interface and learn how to use the application); modern design, and I also really liked that there are different languages and can be used offline
What do you dislike about the product?
It did not have some functions that I was searching for. I needed an application that would allow back end calculations (variables) to plug and chug into the rest of the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an application that would create a conditional logic survey for use in another country. The navigability of the interface made it easy for me (a non-coder/non-survey design expert) to craft a conditional logic survey from scratch.

I liked that the surveys are easy to convert to a variety of formats after you create them.

I can't think of anything at this time. I haven't had a chance to use it much yet.

The Right Tool for the Right Job
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow really helped me by delivering what I want at the right time for the job. It saved me tons of research and money, especially with its trial. As it included features that most of the other online tools I found were lacking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really remember what I disliked. As it, something came with another missing feature that I struggled with after for another job. However, I will be on the lookout for upcoming and new features from survey sparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us when creating on-boarding test as some of the tests for specific hires like graphic designers need to have the ability to upload files for us to see when answering the form.
Very easy to get started, create surveys in no time
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy to use system that you can get started with very quickly and have your first survey ready in no time! I like how easy it is to send a preview to your colleagues to review before it's live and shared with your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have long survey questions or answers, they get cut off in reports you can run. I'd love to have the full question/answer show up in the report.
