Pretty good survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
It features great UI, many useful tools, and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price plan is higher side than major competitors in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the user-friendly interface and tools, it saved lots of time to create a new form. Easy to learn as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I rated this tool 5/5 stars because of the wonderful experience I had using it. It makes the process super easy to collect customer feedback.
The design is super simple, intrusive, and easy to use. Also, the questionnaire construction process is very easy, especially the LOGIC-BUILDING functionality which happens to blow my mind off. After the setup is complete, the final survey gives an impression to the client that they are having a LIVE CHAT with an agent (LOL).
I really love the quality of pre-made templates it has-as it helps to save lots of time creating awesome surveys as well.
Additionally, the availability of trial and cheap pricing options are other aspects of it that I find super cool. A great tool that is sold for just some pennies.
If you aren't using SURVEY SPARROW already, then you're retarding your business' success- it's a told you should not bypass.
I highly recommend you try it today. It is super easy to set up with WordPress and moreover, It does integrate easily with lots of your favorite marketing tools and it provides a variety of website display options.

What do you dislike about the product?
By far, the tool is really performant and effective. However, the pricing option doesn't favor everyone- especially startups and non-profit businesses with low budgets. If there were custom pricing options for these two types of people, It would have been amazing too.
Another issue that I find a little conservative is the TRIAL duration- 14 days is not really enough for a user to explore the capacities of this tool in full. Sometimes it takes time to sit down and craft a great survey questionnaire before implementing it. In a nutshell, If the TRIAL could extend to 30-days, then I will be super good and that will give the user more time to explore the functionalities of the tool and should possibly upgrade to a paid plan in the end.
If not, this tool is 100% worth purchasing.

Helps to create surveys that address customers' browsing experience on our websites. It is super fascinating as it allows us to quickly know where we are performing great and where we are not.

There is a variety of features available from SurveySparrow. However, I have used only their survey. This is very easy & convenient to use. I recommend it to everyone to give it a try.

I found it difficult to create a survey having multiple options based on sequential flow & logic. However, they have enough documentation for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, their documentation is very helpful to get rid of any uncertain situations.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a huge feature list that covers surveys, NPS and customer journey mapping. The different options for survey types are incredibly helpful too, whether you're looking to embed them into your product or website, send them via chatbots or just schedule regularly recurring surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really very little to dislike. If anything, the quarterly pricing can be a bit tricky to get sign off for when you first use it but surveys can take more than a month to run so it's not a huge issue.
