We can embed contact forms on our website and not worry about the logic/coding.

Custom Reports and Dashboard was a very effective and attractive feature for me.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a variety of features available from SurveySparrow. However, I have used only their survey. This is very easy & convenient to use. I recommend it to everyone to give it a try.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to create a survey having multiple options based on sequential flow & logic. However, they have enough documentation for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, their documentation is very helpful to get rid of any uncertain situations.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a huge feature list that covers surveys, NPS and customer journey mapping. The different options for survey types are incredibly helpful too, whether you're looking to embed them into your product or website, send them via chatbots or just schedule regularly recurring surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really very little to dislike. If anything, the quarterly pricing can be a bit tricky to get sign off for when you first use it but surveys can take more than a month to run so it's not a huge issue.

Running surveys can be tricky due to the different channels of engagement with customers, the differences in requirements across surveys and feedback methods, and SuveySparrow really helps to bridge this gap by offering a solution for pretty much every requirement.
Using Survey Sparrow for Student Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
The SurveySparrow experience is beautiful. We used surveysparrow for getting feedback about our app. For feedback purposes, this is a good tool. I could create my feedback survey in a couple of hours and the integration with the app didn't take much time. The default analytical tools provided by Surveysparrow assist us in making accurate judgments based on the responses.
I also appreciate their customer service. My Account manager was just one call away. He immediately assisted me in resolving the issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about their products or services. However, in comparison to competitors, I believe the product is a little pricey. They could adjust the price according to the features used.

Yes, surveysparrow really helped us to solve the problems. We used surveysparrow for getting feedback about our app, analytical tools provided by Surveysparrow assist us in making accurate judgments based on the responses.
Great UX and features
What do you like best about the product?
As a company we looked at all the competitors before choosing SurveySparrow. It's good value for money. The interface is modern and easy to use. The surveys are highly customisable and it has all the features we required for running a survey at a congress. The customer support was excellent via their live chat function. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I can think of is the option to be able to choose a different colour for the background of the buttons and the text within them but there is only a very minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to survey delegates at a congress with a modern and impactful survey. We were then able to present the results in real-time on a large screen so delegates could compare their answers to their peers.
