SurveySparrow is a straighforward system with a great support
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to make survey using SurveySparrow - everything can be done with just few clicks. If I had any issues (often due to my own mistake) the support is really helpful and proactive in finding the solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no backup log for the questions deleted from the survey, so make sure you export the results if you plan to change the copy of the questions mid-survey (i.e. for A/B testing), because the current results will dissapear. The support helped me to get these back after I did it, but apparently it wasn't that easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It easy to make eye-candy survey without any involvement from development side.

You can get high-quality surveys with just a few clicks. It's easy to make and also to implement on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything I dislike. Pricewise, you get what you need.

Surveys are finally being taken seriously by customers. Not only that, you can do a lot more than just surveys.

The thing I liked the least was the constant bombardment of publications and spam.

To be honest survey sparrow did not suit all our requirements.

I would use Microsoft forms included with your Office 365.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. The product covers all the bases and beats the competitors in all aspects. I signed up for atleast 4-5 survey tools and explore each one of them but couldn't find a better alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow is a great tool/platform for small, medium and large businesses to collect and analyze feedback from their target audience. The forms are interactive and helps in increasing response rate from the customer. Helps to collect feedback and improve offerings of the business.

Really enjoyed how easy it was to use the platform. We deployed this tech to learn more about how our clients were using our service and benefiting from their relationship with us.

Honestly the only drawback was the massive array of tools available, it was a bit overwhelming when we first started using it but quickly became easier once we understood how it worked.

A bit problem we had was that we had to email all of our clients to get their feedback and it waas pretty messy, once we used survey sparrow the process was much cleaner and easier for them to use.

Take some time to really understand how to use the tool most effectively. Simpler is better.

UI, Dashboard is simple and efficient. Running a survey is very easy. Any user can use it no elaborate training needed.

More Analysis tools/options. More graphs are needed.

Survey - Impulse survey and 360-degree reviews. And other surveys and polls. Automation helps and is effective. We even drive the performance review process via this tool.

Intuitive & beautiful survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the functionalities and the different collection options. I also liked the way they displayed data -- it's a beautiful platform. SurveySparrow is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my premium trial ended, instead of transitioning automatically to a free plan the survey was taken offline. This was understandable, but challenging logistically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're creating more sleek-looking forms than Google Docs is with more in-built features and customization options.
