easily link customer Id from our database

among those survey questionnaire types, they show everything including the ones not included in my pricing option. sometimes confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before SurveySparrow, we were gathering customer data through google forms, which make us hard to integrate all the customer data

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the conversational experience for the people taking the survey. My application was to get customer feedback and to do daily checks with my team for their kpis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data was clunky.

I wanted my team to give me their top five tasks and then rank them. I could do top five, and then assign a number, but not rank them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the survey builder is the real selling point. Within probably 30 min I had a survey launched to my team. It took more though for what went into it than to build it.

I am not a web designer or anything, so smooth and simple survey generation was important.

What do you like best about the product?
The design definitely is one of the best features, the surveys don´t look like what most people without coding skills are used to. Also, the ability to connect answers to other questions is really handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be cool to assign a numeric variable to specific questions to be able to do calculations with previous answers. It could help as well to be able to see all the stored answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it definetly helped me and my team to keep our customeres interested and providing helpfull feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SurveySparrow for creating interactive and easy-to-use forms. I like SurveySparrow's integrations with Pabbly and Zapier, it helps us a lot! I recommend using SurveySparrow!
What do you dislike about the product?
The dollar price. It would be interesting if there was a way to pay in local currency, in my case in Brazilian real. Other than that, I don't see any other problem. The system is very good to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps us to concentrate forms in one place. I love how intuitive and dynamic it is to use, both for creating forms and also for responding to them.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers many features. I had to spend some time understanding and learning, but I'm sure it was worth it. The potential is just so many, for designers and developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said, the features are many, but sometimes it is difficult to find them. In some "general navigation" situations the User Experience seemed to have some problems. A further point is to have a simpler initial guide. You don't need a tour explaining the various features. Maybe a folder full of 2-3min videos would be enough in which the features are explained little by little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of questionnaires to be translated into code. No financial beneficion at the moment. Just a "cool to have".

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, hardly log into the platform as the surveys go out automatically and the software sends me an email each time a survey is filled in so i can keep track of any quality issues we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, maybe some of the higher level features of other platforms, but generally it does everything i need it to.

Getting customer feedback in real time.
