What do you like best about the product?
Surveysparrow is easy to use and has a light designs which makes me really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I dislike anything about it.

It makes our research surveys easy for the participants.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow`s support is great, the automation possibilities, the user experience, the ability to design, and the Right to Left language perfect support! this is just a great app and service that makes my business look much more professional and high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the app gives you so many options that is hard and unintuitive to locate at the website but this is rich people problems, so far so good and I really like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to collect data from clients about what products and solutions they want to get from me so it helps to develop much more accurate products and to give a better service to my clients that are very happy now that I know accurately what they need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been trying so many apps and software in the field of surveys and this thing is a SurveySparrow for sure!!

What do you like best about the product?
The tool helps in giving right feedback for all type of businesses. It creates engaging platform that helps in understanding about the people through surveys. What sets them apart from their competitors are that they are authentic & trustable.

SurveySparrow is helping us widely internally through their best survey tools. Our HR team is able to understand the requirements of our team through engaging surveys.

Optimisation of almost everything, along with systems to automate tasks

Whereaas the overall experience has been great, I feel the pricing could have been a little less.

Not a very nice user experience due to some serious usability issues
What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes customer support might be very, but only if you're lucky enough to find someone to respond. There are better alternatives on the market actually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of usability issues going on on the platform that really takes away from the user experience. I only use it for my ongoing research project and I cannot export all my surveys to another platform, which would require a lot of effort to set up everything from scratch. Besides, its user interface has compatibility issues with the mobile devices - i.e. some buttons are hard to access, etc.

I use it for my research project to collect data from my study participants. Thus, a survey platform is a must for me right now. It does its job but definitely, there are things that might be improved.

I liked the simplicity and user interface. It was a nice tool for what it was. I also appreciate the different templates.

The price point was a bit unreasonable for what it is, ultimately we decided to go a different direction.

It was something we looked into to use as our client on boarding solution. It didn't really fulfill our needs.

There are other more affordable options on the market, but this is a great platform otherwise.

SurveySparrow is fast, easy to use, and provides survey metrics in the report style I'm looking for. I can easily add/shuffle/edit questions in many different question formats and tailor my survey to what suits my audience. I can also customize the look. It is my go-to for surveys
What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow's User Interface feels a bit old however I do see past this due to the ease of use.

SurveySparrow is helping our company collect and analyze communication metrics on a browser-based platform that is easily accessible to our Frontline employees. We do this by using a QR Code that takes them to this site and from their personal device.

I highly recomend Survey Sparrow for english speakers and for big companies.

Some functions are not easy to understand but the client service solved for me. The price is too high for small agencies. You gotta have a Spanish version. The system only translates a part of the content.
