It requires some technical skills to use custom CSS features. I was not able to change the image sizes and location with the image questions

Similar services have removed vital aspects of this type of product, Survey Sparrow has a usable free tier.

The embed stopped working properly (trigger on page load).
The emails come from their email with no replyto field set to make replying easy.

We actually couldn't implement their code and to get the survey working on our staging environments. We moved to another platform that was easier but had less options.

It matched my needs at an incredible point, it was a perfect fit. I really enjoyed the features it offered to me, I would use it again for sure! Keep doing this!

I didn't like the pricing, I found it too expensive. I think the free features are awesome but the pro account costs too much, in my opinion. There should be an intermediate plan.

Answer surveys by all my mates, in the past we had to use google forms and it was not as useful and easy to analyze as it is now. We can make our surveys a lot faster and a lot better.

I like the ease of use and implementation, plus they offer a free plan. The Pipedrive integration!

In general I see this solution as very convenient, in any case the price of the plans can be a bit high, but I understand that it depends on the needs.
