Pricing tiers could have a better setup and customer support a bit more prompt, but any initiated activity was conducted in a quality way without any observations of necessary improvements

Survey sparrow is one of the best information provider through surveys and it has no dislike point at this moment. I personally think that there is no issue with the application.

I really like how easy is it to use and to share with people arounnd a certain topic. The way the interface is buiult and how you can rapidly take or make any survey is quite great

Sometimes qhen getting the results or exporting data it comes down to be complicated or not well formatted, but that's something that could be improved by minor bux and update fixes

I'm solving the survey making problem which can be monotonous and domintaed by google forms, and I've been benefited by this new way of making surveys that change the usual google forms link

What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively straightforward to use the interface to create a survey. They offer an onboarding even for trialists to learn the ropes although I didn't need it. I received a comment from a friend who participated in my research - "Was a nice survey tbf, easy to fill out." You can share separate web links so you can learn which channels deliver the best results (survey responses). The integration with Google Sheets is simple to set up and populates the table automatically. The support team are willing to listen to any concerns and jump on a call to learn about their customers' needs which I appreciated greatly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few minor requests for the team. I would've prefered to use AirTable or Notion to store my data so I hope an API that plugs into those products is on the roadmap. The reports section tells you how many times people clicked through a link and landed on your survey (visits) but I would like to know which separate links I created were the source of those visits. Finally, I would prefer an option to be billed monthly in addition to the annual and quarterly plans.

The problem SurveySparrow has helped me with is customer validation. It has helped me learn whether my target audience experience the problems I'm trying to solve with my product, how much these problems affect their lives and whether people within my audience have their own measures of dealing with these problems.

Here we try survey sparrow before purchasing any plan as they offer a free trial for someday. Also, here we got a personal free account for personal use. We can have here many types of surveys such as Video surveys, white-label surveys, and many more. Also, we can accept payments by creating surveys from Survey Sparrow.

While accepting payment through surveys there, we get only one payment gateway option. I think there is some scope for improvement.
