Best tool for bulk survey
What do you like best about the product?
The ride on Sparrow on Sparrow is smooth. It has bot Harris, which helped me a lot while I was riding and gave me a lot of guidance in building forms again. There are a lot of ready-to-use templates that really save a lot of time. There are many options for conditional responses in the form. Their mathematical component is also advanced as we have a lot of data in our dashboard to better understand surveys or data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced a problem with conditional questions, and I think that should be improved. The bot should have additional functions. They have to work for their customer service because from now on we get a response in 24-48 hours and that time should be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up a Survey Sparrow is very easy and no problem. Integrating our apps is also really easy. I use it to collect my customer data on my website and use Survey Sparrow for what it totally costs and time.

Ease of handling the setup and excellent customer service when we needed help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really have anything to hate or dislike as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us set up a funnel for our inquiries. Having used the stem system to guide people to have answer less questions than normal because of the simplicity of logic in this system, survey sparrow is really useful.

I honestly can't think of anything I do not like at the moment.

I am solving problems with engaging my students in class and I use the surveys to get feedback on an individual level.
Comprehensive and Simple to use Survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and wide range of templates really helps in completing surveyes. Conversation based survey helps in getting better response from participants
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. Multiple language support and language conversion can be more helpful to reach wider audience

Survey sparrow is the best option if you are looking to implement complex survey requirements faster to market. Configurations are easy to implement, without any support team
Hastle-free application for managing survey. Absolutely loved it.

The best part is the automated actions that you can do as well as the wide range of insights it provides. Extremely easy to get your target's opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The services are top-notch but it would be great if they can introduce a new fairly cheap package.

The problem of miscommunication between the creator and end-user is solved as it can become a medium of communication between two parties.

There are three packages for the product. Please do a deep analysis before selecting the package. Otherwise services are great.
Good potential, but not there yet
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has a lovely design and appearance, and nice user experience for those taking surveys. I really like some of the survey functionality and modern, accessible, clean look to the surveys. It's much fresher and more approachable than many of the traditional survey platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there's a whole lot about SurveySparrow that just doesn't work well for survey creators. SurveySparrow goes to great lengths to hide the fact that they have a free plan, and the paid plans are quite pricy for what you get. Once I signed up for a trial, I immediately started getting friendly emails offering help and introducing "Tanya" as my personal point of contact for troubleshooting, but no one actually responded for weeks when I emailed back with questions about essential functionality. SurveySparrow blocked my first survey for appearing to be a phishing email (it was a simple internal form where my team would need to add contact info) and multiple people on the support chat were unable to offer any help or advice to unlock the form. After putting in a fair number of hours trying to get it to work, I never was actually able to use the platform. Hope they'll address some of these concerns because it does have nice potential!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, since it really never worked for me. If it could function as promised, then it has potential to be a much more engaging survey platform than some of the large, traditional ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to try the platform thoroughly during the trial period -- including attempting to get support. I hope you'll have better luck then I did, but do your due diligence before you pay for an account. And do look around carefully for the free plan -- it's there, if hard to find.
Survey Sparrow is a versatile survey software with the friendliest staff that is always helpful

I appreciate the survey logic that can be easily implemented into any survey. I also appreciate how you can tailor your survey to fit the tone of your company/brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the staff at Survey Sparrow is very helpful, it would be beneficial if they would always be able to respond to paying members on the same day and follow through with all of the requests they're tending to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we're having with survey sparrow is getting enough people to actually complete our survey. Ofcourse this is up to us to get survey completions unless we're willing to pay for survey completions. Oh if we only had the budget for that haha

Good UI/UX with good features

App itself has really good UI/UX, we are using it for the last 3 months. we had some issue with the billing in last 3 month and the team helped to rectify the issue

All the surveys come in titled "anonymous," even thought the first question asks for the reviewer's name. I couldn't figure out how to change this. Maybe there is a function to do it, but it's not obvious
