I am getting better user engagements with our surveys.
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrows omnichannel approach, which provides me with a variety of ways to share my surveys is what I have cherished the most. I can share my surveys via QR code, short message service and even in offline mode.

What do you dislike about the product?
Introducing logic and variables into our surveys on this platform, is a major bottleneck. I feel there is a need for more improved user options in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps me and my team resolve all issues we had around low survey response rate. Well, SurveySparrow provides us with more innovative ways to share our surveys, online and even offline. Thereby , ensuring that more people are engaging with our surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2 provides a quick easy platform get many answers/ data collection. We use this information to collect our annual employee survey for gaining insight on where our employees view our current standards and practices.

Great 360 Assessments with a Modern UI and Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is the best solution I could find for 360 Assessments. I love the modern UI and how customizable it is. The support I've gotten from the team has been outstanding. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into designing their products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes about the software at this time. I think SurveySparrow makes it easy to get up to speed, and it helps a lot that the interface is intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a software solution to provide 360 Assessments for my coaching clients. SurveySparrow was the best 360 assessment tool I could find (after significant research).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's a free trial available so you can try out the software before you buy. That was helpful to me as I made my purchasing decision.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to create surveys with Survey Sparrow. It continues to have incredible functions that make it so easy to collect information. My favorite feature right now is the upload for uploading pictures, resumes, anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a training that was easy for me to take and understand how to do certain components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier and simpler for people to fill out the survey and then for me to be able to pull the data. I love the report that is automatically generated. Easy to digest the data!

I liked the ease of use as an end-user. I was given one survey using this software and it was easy.

Nothing I did not touch the backend at all so I have no input on that end

I like that the website is easy to use and customize a survey. I use this to pre-screen prospective client projects. The option for drop downs, buttons and text are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly fee is a little high compared to the competition (Survey Monkey, for example), but I find this system more user friendly and notifications to me are much faster.

I am using Survey Sparrow to pre-screen potential clients and their projects. It saves me time and annoyance to eliminate long phone calls with terrible leads.
Super Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It was quick and easy to create a survey. All of the options were explained on the website and it was easy to create, test and share the surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I did not like about this product and will use again in the future if I have a need for surveys.

We were able to connect to our students and get feedback easily.
Solid, easy to use tool, though not always the most intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of you and ability to distribute surveys easily via a variety of methods. Also had a relatively robust set of question types at the first paid tier and the ability to add in images to the welcome pages/questions was a nice plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found some of the skip and display logic less than intuitive, and once sections were built in a survey, you could not redo or delete them without deleting the section.

We used Survey Sparrow to send out internal and external surveys to collect data from a variety of stakeholders to gather feedback on an ongoing initiative. Survey was sent out via email.
A Must Have for Feedback Driven Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the interface, the diversity of survey based questions (quantitative and qualitative), the ease of reporting and data collection for individual and collective review.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platfom is not intuitive for individuals who do not have a sciences based background; so if you are a business that simply wants to find an easy way to collect a simple amount of information, the templates and the platform is a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this platform to get a sense if our service-based offerings for our clients are aligned with their budget, values, and scale and scope of their idea for their project. It is a helpful tool for us to get really deep insight into the demographics and strategic needs of our prospective clients.
