I was able to reach lots of people at once and solicit very specific feedback that helps me determine their employability with my organization.
Best tool for survey and is really time-saving!
What do you like best about the product?
The application is very efficient and comes with a user-friendly interface. It is flexible, attractive, and straightforward in its use. It takes just a few minutes to create a survey with this application. Also, it has a wide variety of themes for surveys that makes it attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't have any disliking for this product. It is effortless to use. The only thing is its pricing issue. Higher plans come with the most advanced features but are costlier. Higher costs often creates impediments for smaller firms like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We being a research firm, often require information from the audience. This is usually done through surveys, and Survey Sparrow has given us an excellent interface to do our surveys. It is also helpful in the analysis of responses collected.

The pricing is rather high in terms of affordability for developing countries.

Survey in research problems of human resource management with portability. The benefits have included good visualization of results.

The user interface for SurveySparrow is well-designed and easy to understand. After watching just one video, I was up and going. No wasted time whatsoever.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like has nothing to do with SurveySparrow - my team opted to go with Google Forms instead. But, I think SurveySparrow - with its built-in reporting will be what they come back to eventually - once they realize they can get the same information much more quickly with SurveySparrow than having to sit and go through the Google Forms data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving for collecting feedback on how our installation and initial training was done and how well it was received by the customers. Now, we can easily, instantly see when a customer reports an issue or a bad experience. Plus, we can harvest positive quotes to use in marketing materials.

You can integrate the survey with any website you own!

The example of creating a survey can be better and the login sing could be bigger.

Collecting responses from both phones and computers is very easy.

We compared Wizu, SurveyMonkey, and Surveybot. Surveysparrow is the best so far!

SurveySparrows omnichannel approach, which provides me with a variety of ways to share my surveys is what I have cherished the most. I can share my surveys via QR code, short message service and even in offline mode.

Introducing logic and variables into our surveys on this platform, is a major bottleneck. I feel there is a need for more improved user options in this regard.

SurveySparrow helps me and my team resolve all issues we had around low survey response rate. Well, SurveySparrow provides us with more innovative ways to share our surveys, online and even offline. Thereby , ensuring that more people are engaging with our surveys.

I like that G2 provides a quick easy platform get many answers/ data collection. We use this information to collect our annual employee survey for gaining insight on where our employees view our current standards and practices.
