SurveySparrow so far has been a very easy tool to implement and use, and with the best user experience and design. As a creative agency, we wanted a tool that felt up to our standards design-wise, and SurveySparrow was the only tool we could find that even came close.
We Love Survey Sparrow! It has honestly helped our company so much!

The ease of the survey builder and the ease of the survey for users to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything that I dislike. If we have an issue or function that we want we contact our Survey Sparrow reps and they fix it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving resources to conduct research for our clients and not charging outrageous rates! The cost that we save our clients allows us to encourage more research with surveys. Providing us actual data to use to base our strategy recommendations on.

Easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is helpful in its UI and design to make surveys easy for our intended audience.

I wish there were more functionalities/features in the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving a need for a project to collect user information needed to streamline our business and noticed a significant positive difference in our workflow.
Advanced features and friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
It produces attractive surveys that are a good experience for the participant. The interface is fairly straightforward and attractive on the backend too. There are good reporting features and export formats (e.g. to SPSS, CSV, and Google Sheets). I really like the audio questions, which automatically transcribe the participants answer as they speak. I can see that being very useful in my work. The branching and display logic is good, allowing control for blocks of questions as well as individual questions and answer options within a question. It allows piping. There are options for scheduling emails and reminders. It's easy to create different links that you can use to track the different channels through which you are sharing your survey. After using it for a year in our company of 16 people, we have decided that the features are good enough that we can switch away from Qualtrics, which has become cost prohibitive. I also like that there are options to push the data automatically to Google Sheets. Customer support is also good, with quick answers to questions via the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only do simple modifications to the style of individual questions (e.g. bold or italics). If you want to change font size, you have to use custom CSS at the survey level, and you can't do it at the individual question level. The ability to code data within the platform is limited, as you can only add one tag field to the data. The automated reports are a bit of a pain to customize. Overall, however, it is a great value.

It is our survey platform for collecting research and evaluation data from program participants.

Ease of creation and use. Doesn't require much to create a survey.

Surveys. Required responses and fields that require you to type a certain amount of characters.

I was pretty happy with the experience I had from survey sparrow, using the platform as feedback questionnaire

I used this survey sparrow as a feedback tool for a symposium. It was quick to set up the different types of questions and parameters according to my own choice. The results received in the form of PDF and excel sheet was also easy to take a look at the feedback answers.

There is s still a learning curve and users may not be able to understand or create a survey easily
