Easy to use survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simple user interface for creating surveys

There is really no big concerns, but statistics could be more clear to interpret
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used mostly the Net Promoter Score tool
it helped me for my business
What do you like best about the product?
the best part was being able to conduct NPS surveys without issues, as well as view the results and download the CSV of them; the panel has many truly unique features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the only negative aspect to highlight was that there was some confusion at the beginning with the NPS survey results because I wanted to share links to the results with my clients but couldn't. They explained to me that this was only possible with a higher plan, but due to how confusing it was to read the technical specifications of each plan, I purchased a plan that did not include this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company where I work, I was asked to conduct NPS surveys with an external company, and doing it with Survey Sparrow was very simple and educational, in addition to having many options.
Super streamlined and I actually look forward to their emails!

I like the simplicity of the website and the "user-friendliness"

There is not many downsides to using SurveySparrow

During the trial period, I had access to all features, but it wasn't clear which feature would come under which paid package.

Every way I wanted to survey my customers was there in a simple fashion. Not an overload of info, just what's needed. Their support was also incredible!

I wish for some more options on the automation side of questions. But only minor details.

Survey Sparrow provides one of the better report out looks that is conducive to product marketing.

I wish the pricing was better. It's pretty steep when you shift to a real business need, but it's in line with other services

To the point, I found all the tools I needed to do an effective survey that really helped us understand all that we needed from our users, i think the way the survey looks makes people complete it

to be honest, i didn't find anything I don't like, I would complain about the pricing but I cant because I know all the tools out there cost the same or more

We use it to understand what our users needs more that they dont know they need, we are a saas startup and making the right choice for our customers isnt an easy task
Comprehensive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of options. There are options for every scenario we've needed. In the past, with other survey software, we always seemed to get stuck but that isn't an issue with survey sparrow

There really isn't much to dislike. Like I said, we haven't run into any limitations. I suppose it would be ice if they included more features in the lower pricing plans.

We run surveys to analyze perceptions on various health conditions. Survey sparrow's flexibility has allowed us to understand these perceptions truly.
great tool for basic surveying

nice interface, great questions logic, the basic plan is much more cost-effective than other tools, simple to use integration to google sheets

report customization is too basic (to calculate avg. rating from responses, had to export data to a google sheet and analyze it there)

this is a customer opinion on a new product (food industry), tried to understand which flavors are the most likable by customers

The best thing about SurveySparrow is the trust, the fact that you are sure about reviews being real and plus they hit any subject in mind

You always have to answer the same basic questions at the beginning of any survey

Getting access to real and trustworthy surveys, the benefits are that you can trust the surveys being real
