The ease of use in compiling survey questions and answers

I can't think of anything I dislike to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding my companies marketplace in order to secure funding - we are an organisation who work with young people and so this is an effective way of identifying their needs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use if you want to edit and format your own questions and outcomes - compared to other survey facilities.

I liked the analytics dashboard and widgets

The pricing compared to Survey Monkey was a bit too much for my budget

It was intended to collect feedback from customers on who they are and what they like. As a superannuation fund we needed a tool that would seamlessly aggregate our members information and paint a clear picture of what and who they are

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to design your survey with ease, add your own questions and go back to edit something if you need to add more information.

The analytics provided assist with market research & it also provides a wordcloud that can be used - perfect!

Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
More flexibility to add own graphics to the surveys would be beneficial, but other than this there are no further dislikes that can be mentioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to know information from a certain target audience and SurveySparrow delivered this information in the way we required.

What do you like best about the product?
We like Survey Sparrow for the affordable pricing, the easy-to-use survey builder, and the analytics functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike that each 'user' that you pay for is only allowed one device. Therefore, I cannot login using my phone and my computer. However, this is easy to work around since you can remove your other device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to ask our customers many questions by embedding surveys into our emails easily. In this way, we have gathered many customer insights while maintaining a fantastic customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I was making a research on the best providers for my future customer surveys, I have used SurveySparrow several times and it really fits my work needs. I can customize the questions the way I find it best and it gives me very detailed report at first sight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user reply amounts were higher
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly do customer satisfaction and user classification surveys, this tool helps me with both of them in the best possible way

What do you like best about the product?
the best part was being able to conduct NPS surveys without issues, as well as view the results and download the CSV of them; the panel has many truly unique features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the only negative aspect to highlight was that there was some confusion at the beginning with the NPS survey results because I wanted to share links to the results with my clients but couldn't. They explained to me that this was only possible with a higher plan, but due to how confusing it was to read the technical specifications of each plan, I purchased a plan that did not include this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company where I work, I was asked to conduct NPS surveys with an external company, and doing it with Survey Sparrow was very simple and educational, in addition to having many options.
