What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of different options of question types. They have a mobile and have moderately good design compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall user experience and UI is not as clean and refined as Typeform, which I ended up going with. I do not see the level of intentionality that I have with my favorite products. Not a bad software though. And my colleague liked it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the same benefits that you would hope from from a survey tool. In general its integrations were not as great as other tools. Teams should use a tool such as survey sparrow.

What do you like best about the product?
For someone like me, who's not very good with software, it was easy to use and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
More language options would be good. Had to introduce it to colleagues that don't speak English.

We've set up a survey for an event to learn more about the preferences of our customers.

Honestly, there aren't any things which we've disliked. It does the job, and does it well

Great for Collecting NPS

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and the ability to quickly create NPS surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular however we receive too many emails from the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick solution to collect NPS for one of our services and we found SurveySparrow a good fit for that purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
An easy self-serve product. Also, the team provided discounts for our startup company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked about the product nor the constant support provided by the team while my exploration phase of the product

Survey sparrow forms are easy to make. The logics feature is fantastic and dynamic. Even though the logics are complicated, it's easy to apply once you get the hang of it

Great survey designs for a very seamless user experience. Automated reporting that you can schedule monthly. PDF summaries are beautiful and easy to read.

Would be great if the survey data could map to Excel Online rather than Google Sheets.

Survey Sparrow has been very helpful with our employee engagement pulse surveys. Our employees find the surveys easy to navigate and visually appealing.
