Takes online surveys to the next level

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up a variety of survey questions, which was enhanced by the real practical suggestions on how to phrase questions to get good usable data from the answers. I particularly liked the tables that allowed you to rate a number of questions on a scale, and the ranking preferences question type.

The questionnaires are visually attractive to participants and they could reply using any preferred device, with formatting being adjusted to mobile vs laptop screens. You can review how your questionnaire appears on various devices before sending it out.

In terms of analysing the results the summary statistics on number of responses, average time to complete were very useful. I love the reports functionality, with the ability to represent results in different formats and slice and dice the answers in a way that really helps to highlight patterns and trends. This output is also ready-to-present - I had no qualms with sending the PDF directly to my client as an attachment to the discussion document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. I personally don't like using mobile phones because I want to see a lot of information on my screen at the same time, and so found the complex questions (multiple choice tables) hard to do on mobile, but a large number of my responses came from phones so that is probably my own challenges :)

Some of my result sets were too large to fit on a single page and the ability to make the screen or table smaller would have been nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do Supplier Development programs for large corporates, where they sponsor small and medium businesses for consulting, coaching and training. I use the software to get their inputs on various components of the program (use to LMS portal, webinars, personal coaching sessions, tools and materials etc.). We have used these inputs to improve the program as well as give feed-back to our sponsors on the partipants' uptake on the offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
UX of Surverysparro is extremely awesome. The page/template design of survey is more innovative.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want to send a survey against each customer order and want to follow up on who submitted the survey and who has not yet submitted it via API. This feature is not available in API integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to collect a review for each customer order and it made very simple with surveySparrow.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, people are ready to help, an automatic review sheet makes your life easy and saves time, plus, I can link up a lot other apps with Survey Sparrow. These features usually aren't available with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logic can be sometimes hard to use for those who are first-timers. The only problem might be that if a person who is using Survey sparrow for the first time, might not be able to use it to its full potential due to sometimes confusing interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used SurveySparrow for making feedback forms and surveys about a product. The information is automatically shown in a default report and we can add in more graphs and charts for simple understanding of data as well. The ability to link with other apps also makes work much easier and saves a lot of time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and easy to learn; it has far more features than its competitors and is at a much better price point. It has fairly good reporting and provides indepth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes to the product, I think it is an excellent product overall and has several features that can be added to forms and surveys. I wish there were some better reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow allows us to do employee surveys and check in on clients and build forms / items in a jiffy! From HR to online form building this is an excellent product.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow's UI is intuitive and very easy to use. The default surveys are fantastic and can be extensively modified according to our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version limits can be increased to attract more first time adopters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it primarily for customer experience surveys and it has been satisfactory

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best part for survey sparrow though there are many other tools as well in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular to point out but the pricing seems to be bit high compared to other tools with more features in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal surveys are the first thing where we have used survey sparrow and in terms of benefit, it is easy to use both on desktop and mobile devices.
