What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable the surveys are, it's really easy to add your brand identity to a survey, which I personally find really helpful. Compared to other Survey sites this one is really great when it comes to customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the learning curve, it took me a really long time to figure out how to use certain features, which was a bit frustrating. I would like to see more helpful tips and step-by-step instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a UX designer survey sparrow helps my team and I gather business insights in a really clear and easy-to-understand way. We noticed people are more willing to answer our questions because of how easy to navigate SurveySparrow is for them.

I like they keep me up to date on the happenings that might be of interest to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cant think of anything. I would be nitpicking if I had any.

I havent been as active as I like so the email reminders help a lot.

The interface makes it easy to create great, compelling surveys, which is an issue these days because there are so many out there.

Nothing. It is a well-built platform that they continue to evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my use it has provided better engagement with employees as well as people we are onboarding.

SMS survey. I liked the ability to send out surveys via SMS text.

The overall look is very casual. There would be a nice professional template to change to.

the type of survey which you challenge and the effective quetion. i can appreciate as 8 or 9 from 10

get a lot of times to make a new survey, if something missing ,it will be,, it is the quantity of questions and sometimes,the answer from multi,it is not coverd ever answer

actually! i did not solve any,but, it helped me to understand a lot of opinions

When exporting pdfs and other files some of the info on the reports did not display correctly.

SurveySparrow allowed me to communicate with employees anonymously and get their honest opinions.

Did not fit our needs as we were looking for a product analytics solution, less focused on surveys.
