What do you like best about the product?
I like they keep me up to date on the happenings that might be of interest to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cant think of anything. I would be nitpicking if I had any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I havent been as active as I like so the email reminders help a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface makes it easy to create great, compelling surveys, which is an issue these days because there are so many out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is a well-built platform that they continue to evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my use it has provided better engagement with employees as well as people we are onboarding.
good features but doesn't have the professional look id like.

SMS survey. I liked the ability to send out surveys via SMS text.

The overall look is very casual. There would be a nice professional template to change to.

the type of survey which you challenge and the effective quetion. i can appreciate as 8 or 9 from 10

get a lot of times to make a new survey, if something missing ,it will be,, it is the quantity of questions and sometimes,the answer from multi,it is not coverd ever answer

actually! i did not solve any,but, it helped me to understand a lot of opinions

When exporting pdfs and other files some of the info on the reports did not display correctly.

SurveySparrow allowed me to communicate with employees anonymously and get their honest opinions.

Did not fit our needs as we were looking for a product analytics solution, less focused on surveys.

We adopted a product analytics and engagement platform instead as surveys was one piece of our requirements.

It's user friendly to everyone either a novice one can do it easily

Sometimes a long and slow paced survey makes too boring

What do you like best about the product?
We love the modern user experience and amazing reporting tools. We do research for our clients, and our subjects easily navigate the surveys while our clients easily navigate the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is out of reach for absolute beginner stage companies, but cheaper and better than that "bananas" competitor ;) and the advanced features are absolutely worth it. So I guess you could say we don't really have anything bad to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do research for our clients. They and their clients are not typically very tech savvy. We needed a survey tool with a more modern interface and reports than the default solution in this space. Survey Sparrow accomplished this easily. They run circles around our old provider, both in terms of UX on both survey and reports AND in terms of features. Our clients especially love the chat surveys.
