One of the best website to share and participate in survey
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly to everyone either a novice one can do it easily

Sometimes a long and slow paced survey makes too boring

What do you like best about the product?
We love the modern user experience and amazing reporting tools. We do research for our clients, and our subjects easily navigate the surveys while our clients easily navigate the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is out of reach for absolute beginner stage companies, but cheaper and better than that "bananas" competitor ;) and the advanced features are absolutely worth it. So I guess you could say we don't really have anything bad to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do research for our clients. They and their clients are not typically very tech savvy. We needed a survey tool with a more modern interface and reports than the default solution in this space. Survey Sparrow accomplished this easily. They run circles around our old provider, both in terms of UX on both survey and reports AND in terms of features. Our clients especially love the chat surveys.

It's more expensive but you get what you pay for

Using as a platform to send regular surveys to various segments

It is so easy to start, full of suggestions and tips, gets the job done in the shortest time while maintaining look and functionality.

Why did I not know about it before? Nothing else to dislike yet.

Unfortunately, there is no discounted offer for educational institutions.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive the UI is and how anyone can pick it up fast, also really loved how they insure their client are always happy with their service and always gather feedback

Honestly, nothing about them turns me off, maybe they can work more on allowing the users to customize more as that is the reason why people are going to choose such site anyways

SurveySparrow helped me a lot during recruiting phases of several of my project, and it resulted in a unique and intuitive experience for recruits and generated interest in to my project
