Survey Sparrow offers a big range of features that should fit most businesses needs.

Some of the features felt like they weren't completely polished.

NPS Surveys. These are a must-do for any business, I cannot emphasise that enough.
All the Survey and Feedback Tools in one place...Finally!
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of joining together multiple feedback related tools (surveys, request, NPS) we can now put everything in one place with a cohesive top level view of all the feedback we're collecting from customers and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the pricing was more flexible, I have various colleagues who could benefit from this but the entry point is a bit steep. Granted, it's a powerful app, so it makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting NPS date from customers on an automated basis has helped us keep a better handle on what's actually going on with our customers and has helped us know the ideal customers to reach out to for feedback on new ideas.

What is most helpful about Survey Sparrow is how user-friendly it is. Very easy to collaborate with team and clients.

When converting survey results to a PDF it does not display all comment responses.

When converting survey results to a PDF it does not display all comment responses. The benefits are being able to share survey results by providing a link!
SurveySparrow is easy to use for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
The customization options were great to keep surveys on brand with our own business branding. It kept the survey experience for customers fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the better custom features are further behind paywalls, would prefer to purchase a single feature rather than unlock a new suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearing feedback from customers on products/experiences. This provides us with making better user based decisions for following product rounds.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a recruiter using SurveySparrow to design job applications. The intuitive formatting and beautiful design patterns always get rave reviews from applicants!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little high. I love the product but have considered others simply due to more affordable pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My pipeline of candidates is too large to screen manually. SurveySparrow allows me to collect responses and info quickly and efficiently.

SurveySparrow provide many surveys that help to have millions of opinions also it's the highest giving reward to users

usability is next level, the customer service is great and will work you through any issues you may have

I find it a bit pricey for smaller clients but it's worth the money!

getting the real info we need and not overwhelming people with too many questions at once
The tool to create experiences not just surveys
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow allows us to gather feedback from clients and employees to improve our experiences. We use it for internal surveys and its intuitive survey building interface makes our job very easy. The platform also allows us to share our surveys on different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit higher than its competitors. The free version is limited in terms of the number of allowed responses per month and the number of permitted questions in each survey.

We are able to quickly setup forms to gather feedback from our team and to collect data for our customers especially when doing focus groups or product related questionnaires. We are using Survey Sparrow on ipads at our client premises as digital comment cards

Surveys are very easy to create and distribute. Results are also very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizations have some significant limitations for lite users. The cost to include our brand logo is very high if I do not require the additional features.
