Very helpful and resourceful.
What do you like best about the product?
The contacts feature is very helpful for the work I do. Easy to navigate press releases, story pitches, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any cons within the system thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking percentages of stories and engagement, along with locating journalists that I need to get in contact with.
Good for quick turnaround and covering wide range of countries and languages
What do you like best about the product?
the self-serve tool which can give me real time data anytime. It's good for agency to get data for pitching proposal and set up any crisis report. The wide coverage of countries and languages also serve multi-markets requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of social channels in China, epscially two big ones - weibo and wechat

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When doing pitching proposal, i use meltwater to search key messages of the brands and consumers' perspectives on the brands. The quick turnaround time and the buzz peak helps me easier define the key topics
Solid social listening tool for agencies
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has been a highly useful tool for us as an agency. Responsive staff as well to help with issues and recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation around the tool can be a little tricky at times, but the platform provides good onboarding training which helped alot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly crisis comms social listening - it's been helpful in picking up chatter that we can share with Clients for timely action and insights.

There are no downsides. The customer service is unmatched, and the tools are next level.

There is nothing I dislike about this product.

Would be great if they would provide percentages of source type instead of just the numbers.

Meltwater has been great for monitoring sentiment around products and top keywords for our social copy.

The platform is really user-friendly and straightforward.

Sometimes it feels like there's too much information to sift through

Finding our social media audience. It can be challenging in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having audience and story value right at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area for improvement would be a better-looking template for media reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better communicate our media exposure internally and to our Board of Directors. A benefit is having all of our media measurements, contacts, and analysis in one place.
I have used it minimally, but have a training session scheduled later this week.

Ability to compare my company to similar companies at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I understand, it cannot pull info from Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn posts. That would be helpful.

I can easily create graphs with monthly social media analytics to share with my team. It is great!
Outstanding platform & team
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful part of the platform is definitely the artist reports and the influencer/top creator intel. You are able to provide full audience engagement plans!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out as of such. However, visually/creatively the platform could be a little more inviting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out fan/audience plans given the information it provides. As well as tapping into our influencer space.
Good platform, too many modules
What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout and visuals. Like the ability to share reports out to others that do not have Meltwater accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike that all the modules are separate and that you have to go between them to find what you need. Also do not like that you have to reconnect accounts so often + the email reminders for accounts that I do not have the ability to connect.

Have used it the most to look at social activity around certain events
