What do you like best about the product?
Zilliz helps companies of any size to focus on building amazing products, and not having to care about managing the vectorial database.
Furthermore, their UI is very easy to use, and their team is very proactive in making themselves available to help us understand better how to use the product.

Nothing really. I think Zilliz is very well built
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building an AI systems using RAG, and we use Zilliz as the vector db.

What do you like best about the product?
Applications we build on Zilliz are more flexible and scalable because Zilliz cloud is like a helper for big computer jobs that easily manage the information or the vectors. Load speed is really quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, the pipelines creation is a tough part with Zilliz, but they have provided the guide document that helps us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster production and affordable pricing plans are the best part of the Zillz Cloud. More importantly, I love the navigations while using Zilliz.
Best way to use AI models with Vector database
What do you like best about the product?
I feeding data to AI models and when it comes to unstructured vector data, it gets harder and here Zilliz come into power their very fast data query is the best thing I love. Implementing Zilliz for the vector database using any cloud platform is just few click process. their way of using the unstructured data fasinates me so much. Whenever, I get any issue on Zilliz its blazing fast customer service makes me their fan. I do love using Zilliz cloud for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their UI is bit hard to understand for a begginer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the biggest problem for my company that Zilliz solved is the ease of integrate other cloud platforms for vector database. It is also very easy for small to big team to easily collabrate with each other. We can create pipelines, playgrounds for testing database. Their alert feature also solves big problem in getting serious insights about the vector db.

Zilliz cloud is like a superhero for computer programs, it manages billions of vectors and empowers the applications with seamless integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard for beginners and more complex. The setup process will definitely kill most of the time but it is still the best solution in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to other tools on the internet, Zilliz is providing free $100 credit for new users and the User Interface and User Experience are simply super. One will definitely get attached to Zilliz after using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zilliz cloud is fast, scalable, and reliable. It can handle large-scale vector data. Zilliz cloud is compatible with many frameworks and platforms, such as Tensorflow, Pytorch. It also provides a user-friendly dashboard and API for managing and monitoring the database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only down side is that Zilliz cloud is still in beta and has some limitations and bugs. For example, it has some issues with stability and performance under high concurrency or heavy workload. I hope that Zilliz Cloud will improve these aspects and add more features and documentation in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zilliz to work with Scaler's vector database. It has helped me to reduce the cost and complexity of managing and scaling the vector database, Zilliz has improved the customer experience and satisfaction, and increased the conversion rate and revenue.

revolutionizing enterprise search and analysis
What do you like best about the product?

- setting up and using zilliz cloud was quite challenging for me as someone unfamiliar with vector database and computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zilliz cloud is a strong tool for handling though data problems. It's similarity search feature works great for apps that need to match things very precisely, like voice or image recognition.

One Platform for All Vector Database
What do you like best about the product?
I like its price calculator where can plan our cost of our cloud easily.
Excellent search engine of any kind of data.
It has good data backup ,so we can restore it again from google cloud.

Intial setup is somewhat difficult otherwise they are providing more updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost planning was difficult after using this we can estimate cost of cloud according to the size and we can resize accordingly.
One of the first and still brilliant vector search engine
What do you like best about the product?
Milvus, the vector search tool (index or a special database) from Ziliz is here for quite a time. Milvus is free and open source, can run on both cloud and local machine, and provides all what is necessary for semantic search tools of other AI/ML products. We're using Milvus for several yeas and quite happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is a bit tricky to install Milvus, andreauire some time and efforts from developers and DevOps. But perhaps we should update version first. Selection of a proper index type sometimes also could be an issue, but is what ML engineers are for ;)
