Unified data has reduced waste and now streamlines logistics and lead management decisions

    Reviewed on Aug 16, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is to adjust a logistic and supply chain process to accelerate the delivery of the product from factory to the point of sales, dealing with tax processes, spreadsheet calculations, and similar tasks. Besides, I have another use case that is more closely related to a CRM, where we treat the leads and create a sales funnel. Once we have the suspect transformed into a lead, Studio Creatio helps me deal with these leads by enriching them.

For example, during the factory's manufacturing process, the paper company needed to know exactly how much paper of a certain type was sold beforehand to start production. Studio Creatio helped us streamline this process, allowing the factory to prepare the planning and control of production in advance and avoid waste by producing paper that was no longer sold or would take a long time to be sold, thus generating a loss for the company.

How has it helped my organization?

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization by avoiding pools of knowledge that previously isolated departments, which only exchanged spreadsheets or shared outdated files. This created huge margins for errors, with varying KPIs and decisions based on outdated numbers that affected results. The major outcome is the sensation of unity between all departments and the security to make decisions based on accurate data, which provides a single source of truth for the company.

In the supply chain process at this paper company, we have reduced waste by 35 percent and increased the speed from the factory to the point of sales by 28 percent because trucks often waited to be loaded due to tiny details about invoices not being ready. Previously, trucks spent all night waiting to be loaded for the next day, which impacted the point of sales. With Studio Creatio, we accelerated this process and even removed unnecessary steps that were no longer valid.

    What is most valuable?

Something that always draws my attention is the easy way to drag and drop fields and create forms with a no-code approach, which is very useful, especially for the lead treatment in the CRM process. For example, after a certain amount of time, a salesperson should contact the customer to check if they need anything else. Such business rules and the back-and-forth between the future customer or lead and the sales team are very easily processed and created using Studio Creatio because it is so easy to create business rules, forms, buttons, and integrate with other systems, even APIs.

The feature that stands out the most for me in Studio Creatio is the ability to create forms. It is as simple as connecting to the database, selecting the fields you want, and creating a ready-to-use, functional form that integrates with other modules of Studio Creatio or connects to other databases or systems if APIs are available. This easy-to-use approach and user-friendly interface facilitate the creation of complex processes, which is the most appealing feature that caught my attention in Studio Creatio.

Automation is very easy to use in Studio Creatio. You just need to set up the main parameters of your database or tables and constraints in a next, next, finish approach. This simplicity means even a non-technical person can manage a medium complexity integration between databases, tables, forms, and data lakes. Reporting is also straightforward; you can create reports in a glimpse, which are features I liked most.

    What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio could be improved with AI to help decision-makers understand context better. For instance, it would be practical to receive a message stating, 'Hey, this invoice needs to be approved. Do you approve?' If the decision-maker has any doubts, they could call a Copilot AI agent to ask, 'Hey, what do you think about this? Tell me more about this negotiation.' This could greatly improve Studio Creatio, providing security for anyone needing to approve processes without doubts.

One thing that comes to mind for improvement is to use more AI, such as creating templates or planning. I have noticed customers often start building forms or integrations without proper planning, which leads to realizations about integration purposes or critical details being overlooked after everything is connected or built. A Copilot AI could assist users in making thorough plans before building begins.

I think the learning curve for new users adopting Studio Creatio could be better facilitated with more hands-on training. An interactive approach would be beneficial as my training primarily involved videos, which were not very interactive. A more engaging training experience could diminish the learning curve for new users, but overall, it is a very good learning curve. New users can quickly get their boots on the ground.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for two years.

What other advice do I have?

Studio Creatio handles customization for my business needs quite well, and it is flexible enough.

My advice for others looking into using Studio Creatio is to wisely choose the right modules they want to implement in the company and to ensure that all necessary data is cleaned and available to make the integration and implementation as smooth as possible. If you choose a module and then think about your data sources, you might feel frustrated not to achieve the full potential the tool can offer.

I would rate my overall experience with Studio Creatio as an eight out of ten.

No-code design has improved hospital patient allocation and still needs lighter setup and UI fixes

    Reviewed on Aug 16, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is to create a hospital management system and allocate patients to physicians.

For hospital management or patient allocation, if a physician is 100% allocated on the days of working, then a patient will not get that physician for the appointment, and we need to ensure that the allocation is less than 100% of working hours for that particular day when a patient comes to the hospital.

In my main use case, when multiple physicians are at the hospital, we need to compare all allocations and select the specialty, such as cardiology, pediatrics, and orthopedics, so we can search for the particular physician or the general physician while focusing on providing service as soon as possible to the patients coming to the hospital.

    What is most valuable?

The best features that Studio Creatio offers include the drag and drop functionality, no-code features, and properties that can be changed immediately when you drag and drop, which is quite convenient, allowing you to give user-defined names to the controls for easier reference while coding or designing web services.

The drag and drop and no-code features have changed the way I work compared to other tools or traditional coding by giving me more time for meaningful designing rather than searching for controls, saving time and making the interface visually appealing. The interface is self-explanatory and does not require someone to guide you.

The report feature in Studio Creatio is excellent, as it can generate Word records when integrated with Microsoft Word, allowing you to easily check all the behind-the-scenes activities in Studio Creatio, making the design of business processes more visual, which is preferred by users.

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization's productivity by enabling people to achieve more productive results in less time, helping them to manage their personal and professional life because the product is so easy to use, leading to a great sense of achievement among employees.

    What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio can be improved since it sometimes requires a minimum operating system memory requirement, which was an issue for me initially when installing it, and a more lightweight version would allow individuals with less hardware to work with it. The current cloud version lacks full feature availability.

For the user interface, properties sometimes get misaligned when selecting a control, and the right-hand side properties do not always yield the desired result. I would also like to see improvement in the coding support, where more examples can be provided rather than just one-word answers.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for two years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of Studio Creatio is good to some extent, but the operating system and memory requirements still need to be scaled down, as many people want to work with it but do not have appropriate resources.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support for Studio Creatio is adequate. I receive responses within 12 to 24 hours, but there are times when I experience issues such as system loading or database integration that require longer wait times.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have not previously used a different solution; Studio Creatio was my first experience, although I have used tools such as Power BI for data migration and data visualization, which I think is great.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I did not evaluate other options before choosing Studio Creatio; it came to the organization, and we were required to build a solution using this particular product.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using Studio Creatio is to read the documentation on the Studio Creatio site, which is really helpful and authentic, as well as to utilize the Q&A and examples available on the website for training, which is essential.

I found this interview perfect with nothing needed for change. I would rate this review a 7 overall.

Integration has unified ERP and workflows and creates a 360-degree view for faster decisions

    Reviewed on Aug 08, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I have been working with Studio Creatio for 4 years. The main use case for Studio Creatio is that I took part in the entire integration between our ERP and Studio Creatio in the on-premise version, and now I am working on a migration project to the cloud version, which includes the order pipeline, with more than 100 interfaces with the ERP that involve data from the supply chain, production, and finance areas.

A quick and specific example of how this integration with the ERP using Studio Creatio impacted my day-to-day work is that in the original project, executives had to type in everything they needed when entering an order, and when evaluating Studio Creatio's options, we saw that it had full web service integration, as did our ERP, so several integrations were developed via SOAP and REST, making it possible to bring data from the ERP system to Studio Creatio and for Studio Creatio to return data to the ERP.

    What is most valuable?

I think the flexibility of customization with very specific use cases for each area is an important point, as the workflow needed flexibility of creation with specific fields, which helped a lot with business acceptance.

In my opinion, the best features that Studio Creatio offers include the integrations part, the ease of data handling, and the screen creation part, which is truly no-code and low-code. These no-code and low-code capabilities help a lot with development speed and adapting to what the user needs, while the Business Process part allows for scheduling whatever you want, however you want, integrating with other tools and applications, which is very good.

I believe that the speed of Studio Creatio itself is really nice for the user, and the visual aspect is very good too.

Studio Creatio has had a positive impact on my organization by allowing the integration of the email inbox, unifying all the supply and production data into a 360-degree view, which helped a lot with acceptance across the whole company.

The 360-degree view impacted productivity and decision-making in my company by ensuring that specific data about a certain customer, which previously could only be retained in the mind of an analyst or consultant, is not forgotten when that person is unavailable. The unification of this information greatly helped process control and the overall success of everything, as the information is always accessible for anyone who wants to check it.

    What needs improvement?

I think Studio Creatio can be improved by enhancing the documentation, perhaps offering more specific training for our AI robots, and possibly providing free training at events where companies can share their use cases in order for Studio Creatio to improve its product without us having to pay.

Regarding necessary improvements, I believe that everything is okay, though I think there could be more local contacts for support in my region of Brazil.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for 18 years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In terms of stability, Studio Creatio has shown no stability issues, which is rare. We sometimes encounter server problems or Windows updates, but we have never had a problem with Studio Creatio, and as for the cloud, we do not have much experience yet since we are migrating right now.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

My experience with the scalability of Studio Creatio is very good, as it is quick to develop, test, and roll out to production, making the process very straightforward.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Studio Creatio is good, though I feel that there could be more local contacts in my region of Brazil, but they are evolving.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used a solution called CCS A Prosoft, but it was quite outdated and did not have much technology or support.

    What was our ROI?

I cannot specify a financial return on investment, but after the first month of implementation, some business areas no longer needed to work overtime, so that was already felt in the first month.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup costs, and licensing indicates that it was a bit expensive, but since it is a tool that is quite innovative and among the top leaders, it makes sense.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Studio Creatio, other options that were evaluated included SAP, SAP CRM, and Salesforce, though I did not take part directly in that project.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate customer support a 4 on a scale from 1 to 10 because there is no support available unless it is through a consultancy that we hire, and there is not Studio Creatio's own local support in my region.

The advice I give to others considering using Studio Creatio is to evaluate the business process very carefully and not leave any doubts in the business process before finalizing the requirements, as that makes a big difference in implementation and reduces rework during the process.

Overall, Studio Creatio is a very good, flexible tool, and I appreciate that innovation is always present, which is very good for continually evolving cutting-edge technology. I rate this product a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10.

Automated complex marketing workflows and have unified scattered data for better decision making

    Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is usually marketing automation for other companies, but also sometimes sales or service automation.

A specific example of how I use Studio Creatio for marketing automation is that it usually involves sending out bulk emails or creating email campaigns to guide leads through the campaign and hopefully convert them into opportunities for customers.

Unique to my main use case, my team integrates with other systems and sometimes uses Studio Creatio as a hub to collect information from other systems and generate reports for higher management or CEOs.

    What is most valuable?

The best features Studio Creatio offers, in my opinion, include BPM or Business Process Management, where you can automate quite complex logic without doing too much coding or without any coding at all. Of course, that still requires technical knowledge and skills, but it is much faster and it is supported, meaning that when a version is upgraded, then far fewer things can go wrong because it is not coded, but automated using the standard Studio Creatio tool.

The BPM feature saves time and helps my team by visualizing the logic that we are trying to automate. It helps us understand the workflow, the workflow of the data or the logic itself, troubleshoot, and it also helps a lot in modifying when we need to expand the automation since it is done in a visual way with elements and connectors and filters and conditions. It is quite easy to understand what the logic is, even for a non-developer. For instance, as a product owner with limited technical knowledge, I am still able to understand most of what is done in the BPM, which helps me communicate with the customer and negotiate any changes or improvements to that logic and automation.

Studio Creatio positively impacts my organization by implementing Studio Creatio for other organizations where I see the benefits they have. They can have a point of truth for the information collected from various systems, integrating systems to Studio Creatio and having it in one place, standardized and ready for various use cases such as reporting, analyzing, prediction, or in the operational field. That is a big win for Studio Creatio.

    What needs improvement?

Improving Studio Creatio is a tough question. The AI capabilities are a little bit lacking right now. It is not reliable enough to use in everyday operations or even in the development or implementation phases. However, it is the right direction that Studio Creatio is taking right now. I would like to see the reports improved, as some of the reporting capabilities from the older interface, called Classic UI, were lost when Studio Creatio transitioned to Freedom UI.

More improvements needed would include that the pivot tables need to be back. Otherwise, the user interface is fine, it is up to date, and on par with other systems. It is actually better than some of the systems, so I do not have too much of a complaint there.

The reason I give it an eight is that sometimes when the version is upgraded, some things break, which is not good. There are some integration limitations; for instance, sometimes we use a file-sharing approach for integration with other systems, which has a limitation of ten megabytes per file by default. It can be expanded to about fifty, but it is still a limitation in some cases. Additionally, the performance in logic in BPM during data import should also improve.

As for further improvements needed for Studio Creatio that I have not mentioned yet, I would like to see performance improvements, even in everyday user experience. I would love to see the interface be quicker than it is right now.

I believe Studio Creatio is going in the right direction, but I would prefer to see a little more emphasis on system performance, especially user interface performance, and a little more emphasis on AI quality, and then we are good.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for four and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I find Studio Creatio to be stable enough.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I am actually impressed by the scalability of Studio Creatio. Thanks to BPM and the still available capability of coding, you can do almost anything. The Creatio marketplace also adds to that, and the fact that you can integrate with almost any system means the potential capabilities of the system are almost endless. I am satisfied with it.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Studio Creatio is great, actually. They are quick enough, and when I need anything to be accomplished quicker, I can always contact the customer success manager. Almost every customer gets one, and the customer success managers are very reliable in responding. They are quick to respond and always take care of the customer. I would rate the customer support on a scale of one to ten as a nine or an eight and a half; I would say nine.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have seen customers switch from SugarCRM to Studio Creatio because SugarCRM is often less user-friendly or less capable as a system.

    What about the implementation team?

My company has a business relationship with this vendor beyond being a customer; we are actually a partner who implements the system for other companies.

    What was our ROI?

I have not seen a return on investment in terms of relevant metrics, but I know that a lot of customers expand the capabilities of Studio Creatio. After the first phase of the project is launched into real life, customers keep improving Studio Creatio and expanding its capabilities, indicating they are satisfied with the return on investment and want to increase the effect.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I have not evaluated other options before choosing Studio Creatio; it is usually the customer that conducts their own research. In most cases, they select between Studio Creatio, Sugar, and Dynamics 365.

What other advice do I have?

There is another side of this coin regarding the features. Since the visual tool of automation allows you to create logic quite quickly and relatively easily compared to coding, the customer thinks that since the development is quicker, then the rest of the project tasks should be quicker as well. For instance, requirements gathering or documentation, which is of course not the case. Sometimes it is difficult to explain to the customer why the rest of the project tasks are not quicker since the development is a little bit quicker thanks to the no-code solution.

I cannot share any specific results or metrics from my clients, but mostly it starts with data quality improvement because a lot of companies suffer from data being scattered between different systems or silos or even Excel spreadsheets in different departments. The data is duplicated between departments, inconsistent, or incomplete. When implementing Studio Creatio, one of the major tasks is to standardize the data and bring all the data from different systems and departments into one database in Studio Creatio and then provide access to those departments to use all that data. This has a huge impact on the capabilities of each employee, actually.

My advice to others looking into using Studio Creatio is to always understand that the requirements discovery is never complete in the discovery phase. The customer itself does not always know all the details or requirements that they will have down the line in the project. Therefore, estimation in terms of time and budget is always an underestimation, and it is important to have a reserve of budget and time. I give Studio Creatio an overall rating of eight.

CRM has improved field visit tracking, unified commercial and IT teams, and rewarded top performers

    Reviewed on Aug 02, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is to assist commercial employers by helping them make a connection with the company and the commercial team.

A specific example of how I use Studio Creatio to help the commercial team connect with the company is that the commercial team uses Studio Creatio to visit farmers, pet shops, and other companies, and they register the information, allowing the IT team to have the information as well through a merge of data.

I also note that we have a prize tool within our main use case for Studio Creatio, where some people on the commercial team perform better work than others, and they receive a prize, which we can input into Studio Creatio to recognize the most capable employer of the commercial team.

    What is most valuable?

The best features Studio Creatio offers include the filter based on SQL, which I find very simple and intuitive.

What makes the filter simple and intuitive for me is that it is all about the interface and the customization because it is SQL, so you can do a join, the where clause, and you can perform all the SQL queries.

Additionally, I enjoy the creation of users in Studio Creatio because you can sync the creation of users with Microsoft AD and Microsoft Intune, meaning when a user is added in Microsoft Intune, they are automatically added in Studio Creatio too, which is very useful.

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization by improving the sync between the commercial team and IT, making communication more organized and better than using other platforms such as emails and Teams.

When the commercial team goes to a farm, it automatically drops for IT as they register the visit, entering all the information that saves in Studio Creatio, allowing the IT team to have this information automatically within approximately five minutes, which is very useful and helps us make more contact with the commercial team, who are interns. Therefore, it is better to use a CRM for this purpose.

    What needs improvement?

I think Studio Creatio can be improved by being more open source because I thought I could make modifications to Studio Creatio, have API keys to develop my own application, and consume the API keys. That is a point for improvement to be more open source for developers.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for one year and a half.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Studio Creatio is stable and has been reliable for me.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Studio Creatio's scalability is good, and it can handle growth easily.

How are customer service and support?

I have not needed to contact customer support, but the few times I did, it was good, and I did not have any problems. I would rate the customer support a solid ten on a scale of one to ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Studio Creatio is the first CRM we use, and I have not used a different solution.

    What was our ROI?

I have definitely seen a return on investment with time savings and money savings, as there is a price per license, but this money is coming back to us, making it a worthwhile investment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with the pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been good. I did not have any problems, and the price is fair given the quality of the platform.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Studio Creatio, we evaluated other options, including Salesforce and Sankhya.

Workflow automation has transformed loan origination but training content still needs improvement

    Reviewed on Aug 02, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

Studio Creatio is used in my company for loan origination. We have a loan workflow where customers apply for loans in our bank branches, and bank users fill out forms for each customer. The loan is then approved or denied by various departments, such as the loan department and the risk department, and this process continues until the loan is disbursed. My team, as a support team, is responsible for maintaining this workflow and for adding features or providing everything that is customizable for the users and for the business team.

    What is most valuable?

Studio Creatio offers several valuable features, including easy customization through courses available on Creatio Learning, built-in AI capabilities, user-friendly design, and a well-designed user interface.

The customization aspect is particularly important to my team, as we handle every customization for the business team. Customization is straightforward through the no-coding platform built into Studio Creatio, where new features or workflows can be added through drag-and-drop functionality or parameterization, requiring no code at all.

We switched from Oracle Flexcube Banking Origination to Studio Creatio, and this transition was made possible only through Studio Creatio's workflows and process-building systems. Studio Creatio is more cost-effective compared to Oracle Flexcube, offers much better workflows, is significantly more user-friendly, and is much easier to maintain. We were able to build the entire process from scratch in approximately six months until production, and we have been using Studio Creatio for loan origination since that time.

    What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio could be improved by enhancing the lessons and courses, as they are quite basic. The support team needs to handle some tasks before users begin the courses, but regarding the application itself, it performs well compared to the systems we used previously.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for one year.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We switched from Oracle Flexcube Banking Origination to Studio Creatio, and this transition was made possible only through Studio Creatio's workflows and process building systems.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I cannot provide specific details regarding pricing or cost, as this is not my responsibility. However, I can confirm that it is significantly more cost-effective than Oracle Banking Origination, which we used for approximately five years. That system experienced constant problems, errors, and bugs that required fixing, which consumed considerable time and effort from team members. Studio Creatio is much simpler in comparison.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Studio Creatio, organizations need to have a structured workflow of their requirements. If they determine that they need logic and AI capabilities, they should consider another platform. However, if they have a structured workflow and clearly understand what they are asking for or what they are doing, Studio Creatio is a solid choice.

What other advice do I have?

For fixed processes, I would rate Studio Creatio a nine out of ten. However, for processes that require logical thinking and are highly complex with less structured flows, I would rate it a six out of ten. I chose nine out of ten for fixed processes and six out of ten for more complex, less structured processes because Studio Creatio does not excel at logical thinking, which is the key difference. The AI bot or agent in Studio Creatio is not as capable as larger competitors we use, such as cloud code or ChatGPT. My overall rating for Studio Creatio is seven out of ten.

Low-code workflows have accelerated account opening but still need refinement for support processes

    Reviewed on Jul 29, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is that we use it as the CRM platform to open the client's account for the banking side, meaning the personal accounts and company accounts for clients.

When a new client comes in, Studio Creatio is used as a backend system where the customer support checks the information and opens the client's account, but most of the process is made automatically by Studio Creatio with the help of our developers.

    What is most valuable?

In my opinion, the best feature Studio Creatio offers is the low-code platform, where you can develop workflows for processes based on low-code technology.

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization mostly by speeding up the process at which clients can open an account, and we tried to shorten the time on an automatic flow to make it easier and reduce the time needed to open the account and ensure the entire workflow functions optimally.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for almost six or seven months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Regarding its stability, I see Studio Creatio as pretty stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I have not noticed any issues with scalability when expanding or adding more users to Studio Creatio.

How are customer service and support?

    Customer service rating: 3

What other advice do I have?

I find the low-code platform very nice and easy to connect the processes based on some schema details compared to other tools I have used, as you can actually add parameters and use it for the process you want to know, but you need to know exactly which field you can use to create this workflow and check on the backend system.

My advice for others looking into using Studio Creatio is to explore because there are many options available. You should try to explore to find the best solution that Studio Creatio offers, and you just need to explore because there are many capabilities and features that can actually make your work easier with the product you want to develop, whether it is a CRM for customer support or marketing.

I chose a rating of seven because Studio Creatio is a multi-platform solution and you have many possibilities to meet customer needs for marketing and legal purposes across all platforms.

Dashboard has improved daily ticket tracking and gives clear visibility into support queues

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is to check the dashboard for ticketing stores, and my primary focus is support tickets for repair.

For support tickets, I use Studio Creatio by dividing everybody into categories, for instance, Ops Support, and I was Repair Support, so I would get an email notification, go to the repair section of Studio Creatio, reply, and put it in waiting for response or anything along those lines. It is just typical ticketing.

That was my personal main use case, but I know others in the company got much more into the details in other parts of it.

    What is most valuable?

The best features Studio Creatio offers include the ability to see all of the tickets that are opened, closed, waiting, and everything along those lines, and I appreciate knowing that I have a clean box so I do not have to worry about tickets.

Having a clean box and being able to see all ticket statuses helps me in my daily work by letting me know that I have some free time to focus on my other tasks rather than worrying about support tickets at the moment.

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization by making everybody a little more productive in comparison to Zendesk that we did use. We were not a big fan of that, so we switched, and the whole dashboard and everything is nice for everybody to see.

Personally, as someone who would reply to repair tickets, I did not notice significant improvements. It was just a little bit easier to keep track of, but I know for stores and everything, they loved seeing their numbers, they loved seeing where they were on the map, they wanted to see their standings and their numbers.

    What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio can be improved by sending reminders to the people who were sending in the tickets because sometimes the waiting for response just sits in limbo for a while, and that could be a bit annoying.

As far as changes, it would be nice to be able to use my own email rather than the company email, especially since when you are on LinkedIn, it is possible you may be looking for a job and have experience using something like Studio Creatio.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for about a year, maybe two.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I think Studio Creatio is actually pretty good in terms of stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I think Studio Creatio is actually pretty good in terms of scalability.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization by making everybody a little more productive in comparison to Zendesk that we did use. We were not a big fan of that, so we switched, and the whole dashboard and everything is nice for everybody to see.

    What was our ROI?

I do not have any specific metrics to share about a return on investment, such as fewer employees needed or time saved, at this time.

What other advice do I have?

It could be overwhelming at first, but do not worry, you will get used to it very quickly.

Here is a quick haiku: Tickets tracked with ease, clean dashboard brings clarity, better than Zendesk.

I would rate this product an eight out of ten.

Centralized dashboards have improved contact center monitoring but workforce planning still needs work

    Reviewed on Jul 23, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I have been using Studio Creatio for about two years. My main use case for Studio Creatio is sales enablement and workforce real-time monitoring for the customer contact center.

The sales enablement use of Studio Creatio is basically to understand what the leads are coming in and then reassign them to the respective relationship managers automatically and sometimes manually. In terms of real-time monitoring, I created dashboards using Studio Creatio where I was able to have real-time monitoring for about 22 agents, including who is online, who is away, understanding the volume, as well as the AHT and all the SLAs.

    What is most valuable?

Other than the average handle time that was not configured on Studio Creatio, the rest of the features were very helpful. Though sometimes it used to lag, the development team would help link with the product manager and sort it out.

I loved the dashboard creativity of Studio Creatio. It was simple to use, not so many features in calibration and all configuration. Adding, removing, and creating features was straightforward. System management information was also easier to access. It could take a lot of people and it is improvised and updated.

I find myself using dashboard creation the most because it gives me an analysis of the total number of people I am managing at the same time and it gives me a summary and analysis which is simplified and easier to present to the stakeholders.

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization because instead of using so many systems to do their work and to perform one duty as tools, it moved all the performance under one tool. Everyone is using Studio Creatio instead of using other ticketing systems, for instance. Everything is under one tool, which is Studio Creatio.

It improved agent productivity and also saved time, for instance, for regional or relationship managers. Instead of going to make a call separately, it was integrated and you would see when they are making a call. At the end of the call, they will get a ticket. Once they go online on Studio Creatio, they are able to make a call from the Studio Creatio display instead of going to make a call separately.

    What needs improvement?

Specifically speaking, other than checking on the metrics for the contact center and ensuring that they are all aligned, you could have a workforce management tool under Studio Creatio that can be used for scheduling to make it easier instead of using different tools where agents can see their schedules and see their breaks.

I give it a seven because I still believe it is a work in progress, depending on how you are going to tailor-make it towards a certain client or business. There are still a lot of amendments that require to be done through the Studio Creatio team.

The review of Studio Creatio's AI capabilities is great. It is able to respond on time, assist, and make work easy, especially for agents. However, the one that was lacking in my case was the translation. It had to be improvised. They open another window to do the translation of language from one to translate to English. If this can also be added and considered, it will be perfect.

The accuracy and reliability of output from Studio Creatio are perfect, apart from those few that I have mentioned that should be probably considered.

It would take some time because of lagging. Everybody would have to stop doing it and maybe do it when everybody has finished their work, probably at night shift if everybody is in day shift or after business hours. That needs to be worked on.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Studio Creatio is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    There are no scalability issues.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support of Studio Creatio is perfect. As I mentioned, I was managing under 22 agents through Studio Creatio, and it was great, other than sometimes some faults due to lagging.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

There was a previous tool that we were using, but everything was different. The CRM was different. The communication channel or the tool was different. The ticketing system was different. The switching was to bring everything centralized under Studio Creatio.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was that licenses were very limited. To request another license would cost the organization extra. I thought it would have been probably made based on the vendor that you are customizing. The licensing should consider the price as well. To be honest, it was fair based on other platforms.

What other advice do I have?

For my experience in Studio Creatio, I appreciate the opportunity to give this review. I would appreciate it if you could continue improvising the CRM for Studio Creatio as well. It is very helpful, and it can really manage a lot of people with less. Its operating system is quick.

Studio Creatio is a very useful, efficient, and cost-saving product. I would encourage others to use it if they want all items under one central location or all communication tools for the customer contact center under one place. Studio Creatio is the place to be. I would give this product a rating of seven out of ten.

Journey builder has improved campaign segmentation and now highlights a need for richer email dashboards

    Reviewed on Jul 23, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio during those six months was campaign building and campaign data segmentation.

To produce email campaigns in order to go out to certain segmentations of customers that we needed to change their behavior with is a specific example of how I used Studio Creatio for campaign building and data segmentation.

To enhance automations in order to acquire customer portal registrations is another aspect of my main use case with Studio Creatio.

    What is most valuable?

In my experience, the best features Studio Creatio offers include the drag and drop email build feature and an intuitive user interface for customer segmentation that is quite simple and does not require using SQL code.

When I mention the intuitive customer segmentation, it feels simple and easy to use because it always states where you are, what file you're in, and what action you're in, intuitively indicating whether you want to carry on. I know other systems where you've had to add that into a node and then have rules coming off that, so in that sense, it was better than that.

I particularly enjoyed the drag and drop email campaign build feature because you could tailor the modules to what you needed.

As a former user, Studio Creatio positively impacted my organization in terms of customer engagement; the actual system was great, but given that sometimes the actual data within a company isn't as joined up as it could be, I cannot fault it. I appreciated the flexibility of data manipulation that it could offer in terms of exclusions and inclusions and also real-time reporting that could be seen thereafter.

    What needs improvement?

Bearing in mind I cannot fault Studio Creatio too much because I only used it for six months, I would have loved better dashboards for email campaigns, which are things that Studio Creatio already has, but perhaps in my organization we just needed that one-to-one help.

I would have appreciated some kind of directory or search system where you can see new initiatives that are happening and active on your package. For example, if you're able to do pop-ups or dynamic personalization, instead of being able to search for that, having an academy type or lookup could be helpful.

For how long have I used the solution?

I used Studio Creatio for six months in a former role, so I'm not a current user; I'm a former user.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In my experience, Studio Creatio is stable as I did not encounter any downtime or major bugs.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Studio Creatio's scalability is good; I found it could handle larger campaigns or increased user demand. The campaigns I sent were relatively low impact in terms of numbers, with the maximum each campaign being around one hundred fifty thousand, so I cannot comment on huge campaign demand.

How are customer service and support?

I did reach out for customer support; most of the time they were able to solve the problem. Some of the time it did take a little while for them to know the solution and work it out.

I would rate the customer support for Studio Creatio a five out of ten.

What other advice do I have?

Studio Creatio's journey builder was great. The rating could have been higher if I had learned more about the tool and knew everything there was to know.

I chose a rating of seven point five out of ten because I believe it was a seamless process to segment data, to go in and look at campaigns, to build campaigns, and to find them, as well as to plug in data into campaigns. Studio Creatio has a good user interface.

The real-time reporting helped me look at results as soon as a campaign was sent, and it helped me feedback to stakeholders on the results of what was happening as it was happening.

My advice to others looking into using Studio Creatio is to utilize all of the features. In my time of using it, I don't think I utilized all of the features, and from what I know, there are some great features for Studio Creatio that feed in from a campaign perspective, a sales perspective, or a customer services perspective, which I believe is excellent. I would give Studio Creatio a seven point five out of ten.
