Great CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
What stood out most for me was how adaptable the platform is. Working with the marketing team, we had a fair few specific requirements around lead routing, campaign tracking, and UTM capture. With Creatio, I didn’t have to hack things together it’s properly structured, and the tools for configuration are solid. Also, it’s quite nice that non-tech folks could take over bits of the setup later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to flag really. A few quirks here and there during initial setup, but nothing that couldn’t be sorted. Overall I’ve got a lot of respect for how the platform’s built. Don’t really have complaints just the usual learning curve.

I like that I can track and manage leads easy. Also, it's great to build campaigns and check results fast.

Nothing really bad. I like the platform a lot. Maybe reports setup could be clearer sometimes.

The system solves many problems associated with routine repetitive tasks. With customer information in one place, historical customer data on sales, orders, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio’s low-code tools make it easy to create and automate complex business workflows. I especially appreciate the flexibility of the process designer and the ability to integrate with other systems using REST APIs.

The UI can feel a bit outdated and clunky at times. Initial setup and customization require a steep learning curve if you're new to the platform.
