Creatio provides a great user experience. The interface feels intuitive, and it’s easy to use.

If someone isn’t familiar with how it works, they may end up creating unnecessary fields, which can then be difficult to delete.

What I like most is how easy it is to develop with Creatio. It really feels like the sky is the limit—you can shape Creatio into whatever you need it to be, not just a CRM.

What do you dislike about the product?

Personally, I’m not a fan of the token system for AI use. I’ve also had instances where it’s been somewhat challenging to find the right support information on the website.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re working toward making Creatio our “one source of truth,” rather than relying on multiple apps to reach a conclusion.

An innovative platform approach with excellent AI integration.

Sometimes you need to be careful not to overwrite fields.
